Since he was just a kid, Costantino loved to spend his afternoons with his grandfather and father who taught him all their secrets in the kitchen. Eventhough he is now a well known Chef he still refers to the lessons he learned as a kid when preparing a new menu.
Its contemporary menus always express the traditions and history of our beautiful island.

- Wine in not included in the menu. You can choose from a list of Sicilian wines selected by the Chef
- You won't need to worry about anything. We cook in your villa, we serve each dish and we clean up before leaving

Description: Appetizer: Meat tartare with rosemary; Ragusano cheese. First course: Risotto with "sanapo" cream, Ragusano cheese cream and flowers. Second course: Pork with Zaatar from Cava D'Ispica and potato pie on pea cream Dessert: Foamy chocolate with hazelnut and lemon nougat.

Description: Appetizer: Seafood; Shrimp tail in kataifi crust on emulsion of corals. First course: Risotto with sea urchins. Second course: Seared Ombrina steak with basil bread, sauteed vegetables in smoked butter and black olive powder. Dessert: Foamy chocolate with hazelnut and lemon nougat.
