La magnifica posizione di questa proprietà situata a Ragusa Ibla garantisce un ambiente tranquillo per una vacanza di cultura e relax. La proprietà risale al XVI secolo ed era originariamente abitata dai monaci. L'immobile è stato di recente ristrutturato ed attrezzato.
L'accesso alla villa è caratterizzato da un viale d'ulivi. L'attuale ingresso è l'antico campanile della chiesetta dal quale si accede ad un'ampia zona giorno. Sullo stesso livello troviamo la cucina, le tre camere da letto e i due bagni con doccia. Dalla cucina si accede alla sala pranzo ed al giardino che ha una vista panoramica sul centro storico di Ragusa Ibla e sul duomo di San Giorgio.
Con Ragusa Ibla e Modica a portata di mano e le spiagge nelle immediate vicinanze è la proprietà perfetta per esplorare la Sicilia sud orientale.

Per le cancellazioni effettuate fino a 60 giorni prima dell'inizio del soggiorno verrà rimborsato il 100%.
In caso di cancellazione fino a 30 giorni prima dell'inizio del soggiorno, riceverà un rimborso del 50%.
Per cancellazioni meno di 30 giorni prima dell'inizio del soggiorno, nessun rimborso.
Il check-in è possibile dopo le 16:00 mentre il check out è richiesto entro le 10.00

A great location, a fantastic villa, an amazing hospitality! Nothing more to ask! The best place to enjoy a full, recharging break!
IsulaTravel was the perfect tool for booking our villa for our trip to Sicily! They were quick to respond and even checked with us during our stay to make sure everything was going ok. I could not recommend them enough!
We had THE MOST AMAZING TIME at the Villa! My husband and I eloped in Sicily and decided that we wanted to have our little ceremony at the Villa and that it would be a perfect location judging by the pictures we saw online. Let me tell you this, things were even better once we saw the property in person! First, I have to say, the family that operates the Villa are amazing! They were quick to respond to all questions via email that we had before our stay. They also set us up with a private chef for the night of our wedding day. Let’s just say - that meal was the most amazing meal we have ever had from being able to select a custom menu, to the presentation, to the incredible food! The day we arrived, we were met at the property and shown a tour of everything and were even given a sparkling wine, scacce, bread, cannoli and the most amazing fresh ricotta! The Villa is even more beautiful than the pictures! You could easily come here with a larger family or several couples. There are two rooms with a queen bed and one with 2 double beds along with 2 bathrooms. And let’s talk about the property which is stunning! The inside of the Villa is so special and was impeccably cleaned. The grounds of the Villa were gorgeous and the view of Ragusa Ibla was breathtaking - especially at night! We literally had the best time and it exceeded every expectation that we had. We will absolutely be back.
