Description
Villa Bella is a luxury residence immersed in a property with an olive grove of about 12 thousand square meters, on a hill, and is equipped with an infinity pool and an amazing sea view to give a feeling of harmony and fusion with nature and its colors.
The villa is fully equipped with wi-fi internet, air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher, and much more. Pets are allowed.
The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people and is spread over two adjacent and independent residences, and is made bright by the light and the precious materials chosen for its construction. The veranda facing the pool is furnished with comfortable deck chairs for relaxation and an outdoor dining room with kitchen and barbecue.
In the main building there is a bright living area with large windows overlooking the sea, the kitchen, the dining room, the living room with fireplace, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with a lockable exit to the outside and to the pool, blackout curtains, air conditioning and mosquito nets. The second part of the villa is an independent apartment consisting of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The location of Villa Bella is great. In fact, it is located in the green and relaxing countryside that embellishes the territory of Carovigno, just 3 kilometers from the coast and from the beautiful nature reserve of Torre Guaceto.
