How do I check the availability of a villa?
A calendar updated in real time is available in the individual pages of the villas of your interest. Alternatively you can ask for confirmation of availability through the Contact Us page
How can I book a villa?
From the single page of the villa of your interest, you can book directly online by clicking on "Book now" or you can contact our staff by clicking on "Make an Enquiry".
When and how much do I have to pay to confirm a reservation?
You must pay 25% at the time of booking and the balance within 60 days before arrival. If at the time of booking there are less than 60 days before arrival, the full payment is required.
What payment methods are accepted?
It is possible to make payments by credit card, bank transfer or paypal.
How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?
You will receive an Email upon confirmation.
How does check in and key collection work?
After the payment of the balance you will receive via e-mail the information related to the arrival and to the person who will take care of the reception and delivery of the keys.
DURING YOUR STAY
What should we do in case of problems during the stay?
First you need to contact the person who greeted you at check-in. If the problem is not resolved promptly contact Isula Travel immediately.
When are bed linen and towels changed?
The change is for stays longer than a week.
Is there a pool maintenance and cleaning service?
Depending on the type of pool and maintenance requirements, each property manages the service differently. Some provide mid-week cleaning, others do not need it. You will be informed upon check-in.
How does check out work?
Upon departure, the property contact person will be present to collect the keys, check that everything is ok and greet you.
AFTER YOUR STAY
When will the deposit be returned?
The amount will be returned within 7 days from check out, deducting the sum related to any damages, if present.
