Basically is an home made pasta dish with cooked turnip greens and chili pepper, possibly with anchovies.

Puglia is renowned for its variety of cheeses, fresh or seasoned.

It is a fact that burrata is in the top of the ranking for its buttery texture and its enveloping and soft flavor.

Once you cut the middle of the burrata you will immediately see milk falling out and your feel your gut craving for that. 

Burrata is very typical of Puglia region and we recommend you to dress it with a little bit of olive oil, few basil leaves and some tomatoes, together with Apulian bread or taralli (see below).

Taralli accompany many aperitif moments, especially if you love to drink red or white wine but they actually are perfect also with beer.

They are basically crispy tiny breads prepared with olive oil and white wine and you can find them in different flavours: with fennel seeds, chili pepper, onion, etc
