Casa Natia is a beautiful villa, lovingly restored, in full respect of the traditions and style of the area.
Set in the countryside, it's located at just few kilometers from Marina di Modica and from Modica.
Casa Natia is equipped with every comfort and it's the perfect accommodation for a holiday by the sea, culture and relax.
The property sits in he middle of a garden with swimming pool, green grass and olive trees, adjacent to the owners' lands who offer to their guests the opportunity to immerse themselves in the culture of their biological company.
The house is equipped inside with a kitchen complete of all appliances, 4 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 3 bathrooms and 1 living room; outside there's a large veranda equipped with table, chairs, armchairs and overlooking the pool.

Words can't express how amazing our stay was. The home was superb - built with historic stone, large well manicured gardens, including olive trees, large pool to cool off, big bedrooms with nice comfortable beds, a nice kitchen to do our Italian cooking, and our favorite place of all - the shaded porch to drink wine and discuss the adventure we experienced visiting Val Di Noto sites that day. Beyond the home itself, Francesco and his family were warm and welcoming. We have stayed at a lot of Airbnb's but have never received such an incredible welcome basket before - our favorite was the homemade Sicilian Sauce! They were responsive and cordial and could not have better. We would HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone looking to experience the adventure of Sicily in the hills among historic villages, while enjoying the luxury of an amazing private villa. incredible!

The house, the swimming pool and the gardens are very nice & super clean. It is a perfect holiday location around really nice places to visit in the evening. With a great host on top of that who made sure we were having the best time ! Thank you Francesco !

Gorgeous house in a lovely, tranquil location! The house is equipped with everything you could possibly require, the hosts are incredibly kind and supporting with everything you need (fresh eggs delivered every couple of days was the highlight of the week!!) A drive away from the gorgeous town of Modica, supermarkets and the beach.
