In fact, it's in a strategic position: just 300 metres from the sandy beach and the cristal clear sea of Santa Maria del Focallo and few minutes from beautiful cities such as Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla, Noto.
The property consists of: 3 bedrooms (2 doubles e 1 twin,) 3 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room with fireplace; outside a second kitchen with barbecue, a veranda with dining area, car parking, garden with Mediterranean trees and a beautiful swimming pool. It's impossible not to be fascinated.

For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

Great communication and wonderful accommodation
The villa was beautiful it was truly a smooth check in with Mrs Rosaria she was very informative and passed on some fantastic recommendations thank you . Also a great panettiere bread man came every day with fresh bread and pastries to our door what a wonderful service . Everything was there that we needed including two moka coffee pots to have wonderful Italian coffee . If I was being really picky I would have liked a larger coffee pot . Excellent holiday , we would definitely book with Isula travel again .
Simply a perfect house for families. The pool, in particular, was an absolute highlight for our children. The beach was about a 5-minute walk away; we made the trip back and forth several times a day, which was no problem at all. Both the indoor and outdoor kitchens were excellently equipped. The outdoor bathroom was well-designed, which meant we didn’t track any sand into the indoor living areas. There were shops for groceries and other essentials in the immediate vicinity. Communication during check-in and check-out was very straightforward; upon arrival, we were immediately provided with information about restaurants, markets, and more. In short, it was a wonderful, hassle-free, and relaxing vacation. Many thanks to Simona and Rosaria.
We were thrilled and had a fantastic holiday. Check-in and check-out were very straightforward and flexible, as we couldn't specify our exact arrival time. The house was spacious enough; as a family of six, we had plenty of room. The pool was the absolute highlight. The beach was also excellent and easily accessible in just a few minutes. Both kitchens were fully equipped. The outdoor bathroom was well-designed, preventing any sand from being tracked inside. In short, the house was fantastic, and we had a wonderful, stress-free, and relaxing holiday.
Beautiful, clean, and spacious villa. Very well-equipped. Lovely garden with a great swimming pool. The host, Rosaria, responds quickly and clearly. We highly recommend it. We had a fantastic time.
