In fact, it's in a strategic position: just 300 metres from the sandy beach and the cristal clear sea of Santa Maria del Focallo and few minutes from beautiful cities such as Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla, Noto.
The property consists of: 3 bedrooms (2 doubles e 1 twin,) 3 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room with fireplace; outside a second kitchen with barbecue, a veranda with dining area, car parking, garden with Mediterranean trees and a beautiful swimming pool. It's impossible not to be fascinated.

Great stay over Easter holidays with family. Our hosts were great and gave us lots of inspiration and recommendations for places to visit and restaurants. It’s a difficult time Easter as not hot or cold so always worried things to do with the kids BUT we had plenty of places to visit and the weather was warm enough for spending time in the great pool. Our youngest loved the pool especially and even at night he was in it. The house and outside areas was perfect for us for relaxing and cooking. All in all, very great stay! Grazie
Really nice home. Inside and outside kitchen were great. 3 rooms with aircon. Nice pool. Not much in walking distance, so you ll need a car to get shopping or go for a meal. Close to the beach, but we usually drove to nicer beaches (usually combined with visiting a village). Noto, Syracuse, Scicly, Raguse, etc are all easily reached: 30 to 60 mins away by car. We really enjoyed staying in the house. With the pool and all the seating areas it felt luxurious to stay in. Everything we needed was there, eg. 2 beach chairs, umbrella's, beach ball, etc. 2 fridges were handy, just like the 2 inside bathrooms and the extra outside one. Good communication with Isula and the hosts. Recommended!

Villa ottima, fornitissima di tutto e curata nel dettaglio, vacanza splendida, host gentilissima, premurosa, elastica e cordiale. Piscina godibilissima. La spiaggia antistante, a 5 minuti a piedi, quando c'è vento (spesso) non è straordinaria per balneabilità con mare mosso, ma lo sapevamo: abbiamo scelto questa zona perché strategica per raggiungere tutte le attrazioni che ci interessavano (Modica, Scicli, Ibla, Noto, Oasi di Vendicari, Siracusa ecc), tutte nel raggio di 30-40 minuti di auto. Esperienza da consigliare
Wir haben 7 wirklich entspannte Tage in der Villa le du es verbracht. Die Einrichtung, das Design, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren tadellos. Wir hatten unsere Privatsphäre bei ruhiger Umgebung. Die Agentur ist sehr aufmerksam und unsere Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, Loredana, eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Person.
Der Pool und die Ausenküche sind ein absolutes Highlight.
Wir wurden nach einer langen Anreise mit einer leckeren Auswahl an frischen Lebensmitteln überrascht.
Wir waren rundum zufrieden.
