Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

It was a great stay at Villa Fenicottero. The object has everything you need - dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, pool with sunbeds and several places with shade. Everything was clean. Everyday a men came to clean a pool and water the flowers. Francesco - who managed the villa - was very helpful, gives us some tips about surrounding area and quickly responds to all my messages. Thank you.
Absolutely beautiful house and plot! Practical with three units, plenty of space for three families. Fantastic outdoor area with large pool, several sun loungers, options for both sun and shade. Somewhat of a draw for the location, but by car you can reach many nice places within an hour's drive (Modica, Noto, Ortigia, Marzamemi, etc.). Very nice sandy beaches within a 10-minute drive. Lots of trash in the streets around and not so easy to walk in the area without first driving. A little draw for the slightly hard beds.
A large group of us, spanning 4 generations, stayed in Villa Fenicottero for a month-long family reunion to Sicily! Everyone, had a wonderful time and the consensus was that the villa was clean, well-maintained, beautiful, and comfortable. Our communication with Isula Travel was great and it was nice to have a contact during our stay whenever we had questions or concerns pop up. The grounds and pool were immaculate and we felt safe during our whole stay. Thank you for the wonderful memories in your amazing villa!

This is just a paradise! We were 3 families and enjoyed very much the time in the villa! The pool, the barbecue, the location! The only thing we would improve would be the mattresses in the beds and we missed a light in the grill area :)…but the rest is amazing! Thank you very much!
