Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

The villa was stunning, perfect for groups as the separate villas provide some separation whilst the larger eating areas and amazing pool with lounging deck provided areas so all get together. Everywhere was immaculate clean and Claudio was an excellent host. The only downside if any was the villa is quite isolated so you have to drive to get to most places but this didn’t cause us a problem.
Our family had a lovely week at Villa Fenicottero in May. The Villa was perfect in every way including the amazing piped music at different intervals during the day.!! Claudio could not have been more helpful especially when we arrived a lot later than anticipated. All in all our stay at the Villa was all we wished for and we could not rate it highly enough.
