Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.

We had a wonderful experience with Isula Travel both from the agency itself and from the staff. Francesca and Bruna were so helpful, professional and understanding. I couldn’t fault my experience of booking and dealing with the accommodation, especially given the disruption to plans caused by the pandemic. The Villa itself met and even exceeded our expectations. It was extremely well appointed and the facilities were perfect for our extended family with young children and babies. We very much appreciated the additional toiletries, the baskets of cakes and biscuits and the milk, drinks, and cold meats and cheeses. Thank you for making our experience so special.
Magnifique séjour dans cette villa et sa dépendance complètement adaptée à notre groupe (3 couples et enfants). Incroyables terrasses, cuisine extérieure, piscine et solarium. Accueil parfait. Merci.
Abbiamo affittato la Villa Fenicottero ad Ispica. È stata una vacanza fantastica. La Villa è bellissima e molto ben curata. Piccoli problemi sono stati risolti tempestivamente e con grande accuratezza. Il sig. Angelo il manutentore è sempre pronto ad aiutare e Claudio (host) è sempre pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda ed a organizzare qualsiasi cosa di cui si abbia bisogno. Tutti gli spazi sono ampi e ben curati, moltissime stoviglie, ampie terrazze e spazio con cucina esterna e barbecue. La piscina è bella e ben attrezzata e viene pulita ogni due giorni. La casa e le due dependance sono ben arredate e, se non utilizzate, non vengono affittate a nessun altro. Isula Travel offre anche un servizio perfetto, sempre disponibile e facile da contattare via whatsapp in qualsiasi momento. Insomma vacanza perfetta!!
Un lieu magnifique , une villa somptueuse et surtout les photos ne revelent pas assez la beauté du lieu. Nous etions 12 et avions chacun notre liberté A coup sure nius reviendrons SUBLIME
