Casa Natia is a beautiful villa, lovingly restored, in full respect of the traditions and style of the area.
Set in the countryside, it's located at just few kilometers from Marina di Modica and from Modica.
Casa Natia is equipped with every comfort and it's the perfect accommodation for a holiday by the sea, culture and relax.
The property sits in he middle of a garden with swimming pool, green grass and olive trees, adjacent to the owners' lands who offer to their guests the opportunity to immerse themselves in the culture of their biological company.
The house is equipped inside with a kitchen complete of all appliances, 4 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 3 bathrooms and 1 living room; outside there's a large veranda equipped with table, chairs, armchairs and overlooking the pool.
Casa Natia also offers free wi-fi, parking, bed linen, towels and, on request, additional services.

For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.

This villa is perfectly set up for a family ranging in ages from toddler to grandparent. Cots and highchairs provided for the toddlers. The pool has a shallow platform where toddlers can paddle and play with the bubble spouts under supervision. Appreciated the pool shower as pool water is chlorinated. Great barbecue area and plenty of shady places to sit. Great welcome pack with fruit and eggs from the farm. Fantastic very friendly and kind hosts really added to our experience: children could visit the goats and sheep and see the fruit on the fruit trees and vines and wave at Georgio on his tractor! Great location, only 12 mins from beach and 15-20 from Modica. Would definitely recommend. Much thanks to the owners who went above and beyond.
Beautiful, comfortable, clean villa in charming natural stone and wood. Great outdoor spaces to relax, cook, dine. Large charcoal barbecue. Pristine pool. Cute goats opposite! Thoughtful welcome basket from the owner including homemade biscuits and extra virgin olive oil from their farm. Lovely owner, Giorgio, nearby who dropped off fresh eggs from the farm several times in the week and whose son, Francesco, promptly fixed an issue with the wi-fi. A perfect holiday.

The house, the garden, the pool—everything is even more beautiful than the photos. The location is wonderfully peaceful. Georgio greeted us, and all sorts of delicious treats were waiting for us on the table. We received fresh eggs every day. Everything in the house was spotless. We contacted his son, Francesco, via the app. If there was anything, he responded within minutes. A thunderstorm broke the modem, but we had a new one the next day. We didn't have enough coal for the barbecue, and they didn't have any at the supermarket. He arrived within 5 minutes to bring us coal. The house was truly equipped with everything you could possibly need; even with a baby and a 4-year-old, we didn't need to buy anything extra. Our son got to ride the tractor with Francesco, and he loved it. Everything is essentially nearby, but you do need a car. The beach, the shops—everything is easily accessible. In short, very pleasant, especially thanks to the hosts who are so helpful!
We had a wonderful holiday at Casa Natia. There were eight of us (six adults and two children), and thanks to the excellent layout, everyone still had plenty of privacy. The accommodation is incredibly well-equipped; it truly left nothing to be desired. The barbecue area and the large terrace were especially fantastic! The pool is very large and in excellent condition. The owners are very friendly, and their tips for the surrounding area were truly great! The location is very quiet, but the nearby supermarkets and the beach are just a 10-15 minute drive away. All in all, a wonderful holiday – we'd love to come back! 😊
