Casa Natia is a beautiful villa, lovingly restored, in full respect of the traditions and style of the area.
Set in the countryside, it's located at just few kilometers from Marina di Modica and from Modica.
Casa Natia is equipped with every comfort and it's the perfect accommodation for a holiday by the sea, culture and relax.
The property sits in he middle of a garden with swimming pool, green grass and olive trees, adjacent to the owners' lands who offer to their guests the opportunity to immerse themselves in the culture of their biological company.
The house is equipped inside with a kitchen complete of all appliances, 4 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 3 bathrooms and 1 living room; outside there's a large veranda equipped with table, chairs, armchairs and overlooking the pool.
Casa Natia also offers free wi-fi, parking, bed linen, towels and, on request, additional services.

We spent a most enjoyable time with our family at Casa Natia villa. The villa is beautiful, the swimming pool is great, very good air conditioning throughout, comfortable bed rooms, very clean and is generously equipped with every thing we needed during our stay. George , the owner was very helpful and kind, he kept supplying us with fresh eggs from his farm, there was a big basket on the kitchen table with pasta, bread, very high quality olive oil from the farm, balsamic vinegar and plenty of tea, coffee and other ingredients for cooking. Robert, George’s son came over with a bottle of Champagne once he knew we are celebrating our wedding anniversary. We highly recommend this villa to families who like to spend a wonderful time together.
Vi tilbrakte 12 deilige dager på dette fantastiske stedet, og kunne ikke vært mer fornøyde! Huset og området var helt perfekt for vår storfamilie med bestemor og babyer og alt i mellom. Store, gode soverom og rene, fine baderom. Kjøkken med alt man trenger og en avslappende stue. Det aller beste var derimot uteområdene med flere sitteplasser og et nydelig og rent basseng. Babyene likte spesielt å sove i vogn under oliventrærne 😌 Området er omringet av jorder og rett utenfor døren kan man hilse på geitekillinger, sauer og kuer. Verten tok oss også med for å hilse på griser og esel! Verten var hele tiden veldig hjelpsom og hyggelig og hadde satt frem en stor kurv med masse digg da vi kom. I tillegg kom han med ferske egg 😍 Stedet er plassert i perfekt kjøreavstand til byer som Modica, Ragusa, Siracusa, Noto osv. Vi har hatt en nydelig ferie, og lengter allerede tilbake! Takk for oss 💜
La maison est conforme aux photos et au descriptif. C’était parfait, le propriétaire habite à côté et est à notre petit soin en cas de besoin. Je recommande.
Casa Natia is in the middle of a working farm. A fabulous 19th century villa stylishly appointed and surrounded by fields and animals. However, the star of the show was the wonderful Giorgio whose kindness and generosity made our stay even more memorable. We received a generous welcome basket with fresh eggs and home made olive oil. Everything about the villa and pool area was superb and we had a brilliant holiday. We tried recommended restaurants in Scicli and Modica and both were exceptionally good. Frankly we can’t wait to return.
Felt right at home at Casa Natia and greatly appreciated the hospitality of the host who was extremely responsive. Great premises and equipped with everything you need to base yourself in the area. Kids loved the grass space, pool and hammock. Would highly recommend.
