Description
Villa Licia has recently been refurbished to a high standard. It's just 50 metres from the sandy beach of Santa Maria del Focallo, and a short drive from the seaside town of Pozzallo. Pozzallo is a pretty town with a 15th century watch tower at one end of the large town beach and a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants.
The villa has a comfortable lounge area with a sofa bed, fireplace which leads through to a modern, well equipped kitchen. On the ground floor there are two double bedroom with an ensuite shower room.
The walled garden offers good privacy and to the front of the villa there is a super external second kitchen complete with barbecue, one bathroom and laundry room. Stairs lead from the outside kitchen to the first floor where you'll find small terrace. The pool sits middle of the garden between the parking and the villa. Close to the pool you will find a lounge area that offers great shade so you can relax and escape the heat of the mid-day sun.

Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

The house was perfect and also the process to get the key was very easy. Villa Licia is very close to the sea, only a short walk over a very nice Dune and you reach the beach.
Excellent, friendly and professional service and support from the Isula travel team from the moment we booked to when we arrived home. Booking and payment instructions were easy to follow. Although the fraud team at my bank were less than enthusisatic about allowing an international bank transfer when I made the final payment - it might be sensible in future to contact the bak beforehand. The villa we hired was exactly as described. Finally, specific thanks to Simona who provided assistance to address a medical issue that we had during our trip and for following up subsequently. I would happily book a villa with Isula again and recommend them if you are looking for a villa.
The most beautiful and relaxing family break at Villa Licia. When they say it is close to the beach, it really could not be closer! The beach has a few lovely beach bars for a cocktail or gelato and there is a small deli a few doors down from the villa for lunches or pastries. The villa itself is the real gem though; a gorgeous house with a spacious pool and so many lovely outdoor areas to choose from to read a book and relax. Indoors you have everything you need too, with so much thought put in to what would make your stay work well. It feels luxurious but also like home. Hugely recommend!
