Description
Villa Licia has recently been refurbished to a high standard. It's just 50 metres from the sandy beach of Santa Maria del Focallo, and a short drive from the seaside town of Pozzallo. Pozzallo is a pretty town with a 15th century watch tower at one end of the large town beach and a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants.
The villa has a comfortable lounge area with a sofa bed, fireplace which leads through to a modern, well equipped kitchen. On the ground floor there are two double bedroom with an ensuite shower room.
The walled garden offers good privacy and to the front of the villa there is a super external second kitchen complete with barbecue, one bathroom and laundry room. Stairs lead from the outside kitchen to the first floor where you'll find small terrace. The pool sits middle of the garden between the parking and the villa. Close to the pool you will find a lounge area that offers great shade so you can relax and escape the heat of the mid-day sun.

Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

A wonderful holiday villa. It was really well equipped with everything we needed for a family break. Loved the pool and the outdoor kitchen. Villa is managed by a travel company so not all communication through Airbnb. Location is next to great sand dunes but a quiet beach and no shops within walking distance and only a few in season restaurants close so essential to have a car but lots of great places to visit within 30 minutes. Really enjoyed our time in this great holiday villa stay.
Sehr schönes, sauberes Haus, mit einer Ausstattung, die nichts zu wünschen übrig lässt. Um zum Strand zu gelangen, muss man lediglich die Straße und die Düne überqueren, was wirklich perfekt ist. Tolle großzügige Kochbereiche innen und außen, mehrere schöne Badezimmer und ein Pool, der zum Erfrischen und Relaxen einlädt. Man gelangt innerhalb kürzester Zeit mit dem Auto zu den schönen umliegenden Städten Scicli, Noto, Ragusa oder Syracusa. Etwas weniger gut gefallen hat uns der ständige Verkehr der Strada Provinciale direkt vor der Haustür, die doch, für unseren Geschmack, sehr harten Matratzen der Betten und der Biomüll, der während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nicht geleert wurde, was bei den vorherrschenden Temperaturen zu unschönen Geruchs- und Insektenentwicklungen führt.
