Description
Villa Licia has recently been refurbished to a high standard. It's just 50 metres from the sandy beach of Santa Maria del Focallo, and a short drive from the seaside town of Pozzallo. Pozzallo is a pretty town with a 15th century watch tower at one end of the large town beach and a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants.
The villa has a comfortable lounge area with a sofa bed, fireplace which leads through to a modern, well equipped kitchen. On the ground floor there are two double bedroom with an ensuite shower room.
The walled garden offers good privacy and to the front of the villa there is a super external second kitchen complete with barbecue, one bathroom and laundry room. Stairs lead from the outside kitchen to the first floor where you'll find small terrace. The pool sits middle of the garden between the parking and the villa. Close to the pool you will find a lounge area that offers great shade so you can relax and escape the heat of the mid-day sun.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

There were everything we could wish - we felt that we are very awaited. We were absolutely touched by hospitality - this is our best stay indeed. It was a really superb client experience! They were always in touch, always worrying about our stay. Every little problem was solved within a day. It was truly a remarkable experience! The only thing you should do there - just relax, the place perfectly suits it. You should not have to worry anything. We would like to come back to this place again.
We had a great stay in this lovely villa with pool, 2 bedrooms and an additional outside kitchen that we used a lot. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The owner had thought of everything and so all possible amenities were present (toothbrushes, toothpaste, showergel and shampoo and anything you could possibly need in the kitchen!). The locations is great as it it right opposite to the beach and there are several little towns at driving distance. Would definitely recommend staying here!
The villa Licia is simply incredible. Beautiful location just across the beach, marvelous pool, modern and clean accommodations. We have rented multiple properties in Portugal, Spain, and the South of France to name a few, and this one tops it all. Many thanks to the friendly personnel of Isula Sicilia to have made this vacation a dream come true.
The villa is very beautiful, nicely decorated. Everything was very clean. The owner was very friendly. There is a lot of space for everybody (we are 5 people). The pool is very clean and you reach the beach in one minute over the dunes. We had a great week and can only recommend it to everybody!!!
