Description
Villa Vogue Retreat is a newly built property, completed in 2020. Situated on a hill, about 2 km from the baroque town of Noto, the villa has a small private swimming pool and a wonderful view of the sea and the surrounding landscape. Despite being close to the city, the villa enjoys the tranquility typical of a country house.
The property consists of a living area with a fully equipped and elegantly furnished kitchen-living room. In the sleeping area, however, we find two large and bright double bedrooms with private bathroom.
Outside the house, a large terrace and a small swimming pool.
Villa Vogue Retreat and the territory of Noto offer everything you need to spend a relaxing and cultural holiday. In fact, in a few minutes by car, you can reach the baroque cities of Noto, Scicli, Modica, Ragusa Ibla and Syracuse with the splendid Ortigia.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

We had a great week at this beautiful location! The garden and the view were amazing and the villa offered us everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The city of Noto and many other attractions were easily reached by car. The communication with the host was easy and friendly. We would definitely love to visit again!

Sehr hilfsbereiter Service vor Ort mit vielen Tips und Empfehlungen. Das Haus war in einem guten Zustand. To Improve: Obwohl wir über Airbnb gebucht hatten, mussten wir noh mal alle Daten bei IsulaTravel Webseiten eingeben ohne dass diese jemand wirklich gelesen oder benutzt hat.
