Casa Natia is a beautiful villa, lovingly restored, in full respect of the traditions and style of the area.
Set in the countryside, it's located at just few kilometers from Marina di Modica and from Modica.
Casa Natia is equipped with every comfort and it's the perfect accommodation for a holiday by the sea, culture and relax.
The property sits in he middle of a garden with swimming pool, green grass and olive trees, adjacent to the owners' lands who offer to their guests the opportunity to immerse themselves in the culture of their biological company.
The house is equipped inside with a kitchen complete of all appliances, 4 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 3 bathrooms and 1 living room; outside there's a large veranda equipped with table, chairs, armchairs and overlooking the pool.
Casa Natia also offers free wi-fi, parking, bed linen, towels and, on request, additional services.

An absolutely fantastic stay at Casa Natia near Modica. Beautiful, sparkling clean and wonderful villa. The pool is perfect and a hammock under an olive tree was perfection. The villa was really spacious and well equipped, and the welcome by Francesco and his family was perfect. The olive oil from the family farm another treat. Isula Travel very well organised and everything was very smooth from booking onwards. Highly recommended both IsulaTravel and Casa Natia!
Casa Natia è perfetta, bella, curata, accogliente, super attrezzata. Il giardino curatissimo con molti olivi ed un albero di carrubo strepitoso, con un prato verdissimo e morbido e con la piscina che lo completa in modo elegante. Siamo stati una settimana e ci siamo sentiti coccolati anche dalla presenza discreta di Francesco e di Ersilia che ci hanno guidato, con le loro dritte, nelle scelte migliori di ristoranti, pasticcerie, rosticcerie. Poi c'è Modica....sempre bellissima. Grazie davvero a chi ci ha assicurato una così bella vacanza. P.s. le olive che abbiamo potuto raccogliere direttamente dagli alberi del giardino, per farle schiacciate alla siciliana, sono state molto molto gradite.
