Casa Natia is a beautiful villa, lovingly restored, in full respect of the traditions and style of the area.
Set in the countryside, it's located at just few kilometers from Marina di Modica and from Modica.
Casa Natia is equipped with every comfort and it's the perfect accommodation for a holiday by the sea, culture and relax.
The property sits in he middle of a garden with swimming pool, green grass and olive trees, adjacent to the owners' lands who offer to their guests the opportunity to immerse themselves in the culture of their biological company.
The house is equipped inside with a kitchen complete of all appliances, 4 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 3 bathrooms and 1 living room; outside there's a large veranda equipped with table, chairs, armchairs and overlooking the pool.
Casa Natia also offers free wi-fi, parking, bed linen, towels and, on request, additional services.

For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

We have such a long list of positive comments to make to this property. We have rented a load of houses in our lives and this one really comes in the top ones. The cleanliness is top notch. The welcome basket with loads of local products including of the owners own production (they own a farm) The disposal of the rooms is great for two different families The garden with the hamac and larger than usual pool with jacuzzi is unbeatable with lots of different places to sit; plenty of shade. The grass is so green ! The equipment is excellent ; we actually thought the property was lived in. Kitchen, towels, even beach toys for the kids. We had a little issue with the dishwasher and the lovely owners came in straight away to help out. They delivered fresh eggs very often and offered the kids to visit the farm. We recommend this house 1000%!

This villa is perfect. No other way to describe. The attention to detail, personal touches, welcome goodies (homemade cake and biscotti literally to die for), beautiful cool and relaxing garden and pool... I could go on - but I'll just recommend you go see for yourself!
Casa Natia is the perfect holiday villa. The location is excellent - a short drive to the sea and/or to Modica for some excellent dining and sight-seeing opportunities. The house itself has first class facilities - the kitchen is excellent and suitable for some serious cooking and the bedrooms are big and nicely fitted out as are the three bathrooms and the large lounge. The outside facilities are equally as good with a lovely swimming pool, well-maintained garden, outside kitchen and alfresco dining area - and of course the hammock which our baby loved.
On top of it all, Francesco and his family were exceptional hosts - they were extremely friendly, responsive and generous.
We can seriously recommend Casa Natia as a base for a Sicilian holiday. We are already planning our re-visit.
Casa Natia is a wonderful place. The villa is superb and the family are very welcoming and helpful. This area of Sicily is full of magnificent towns and we can’t recommend highly enough.
