Casa Natia is a beautiful villa, lovingly restored, in full respect of the traditions and style of the area.
Set in the countryside, it's located at just few kilometers from Marina di Modica and from Modica.
Casa Natia is equipped with every comfort and it's the perfect accommodation for a holiday by the sea, culture and relax.
The property sits in he middle of a garden with swimming pool, green grass and olive trees, adjacent to the owners' lands who offer to their guests the opportunity to immerse themselves in the culture of their biological company.
The house is equipped inside with a kitchen complete of all appliances, 4 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 3 bathrooms and 1 living room; outside there's a large veranda equipped with table, chairs, armchairs and overlooking the pool.
Casa Natia also offers free wi-fi, parking, bed linen, towels and, on request, additional services.

For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.

Casa Natia is a lovely villa set in a quiet rural landscape. Very clean, with all amenities for relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. We loved the pool, garden and especially the hammock :-) Highly recommended.
Casa Natia is a wonderful place to discover this amazing part of Sicily. The house is beautiful, and has everything to spend some great holidays : nice and large swimming pool, nice garden, fully equiped kitchen (indoor and outdoor), well decorated rooms.
On top Francesco is really available to give some advices and tips. We really appreciated our stay.
We, a family of 7 and a baby, had a fantastic week in Casa Natia. It is a beautifully renovated old house with a wonderful garden and a very nice pool. It was clean and had everything we needed. It is very close to the sea and to many of the beautiful cities. The host is so helpful and his parents even drove us to Modica to see a doctor. We will definitely try to come back another time.

Casa Natia is the perfect holiday villa. The location is excellent - a short drive to the sea and/or to Modica for some excellent dining and sight-seeing opportunities. The house itself has first class facilities - the kitchen is excellent and suitable for some serious cooking and the bedrooms are big and nicely fitted out as are the three bathrooms and the large lounge. The outside facilities are equally as good with a lovely swimming pool, well-maintained garden, outside kitchen and alfresco dining area - and of course the hammock which our baby loved.
On top of it all, Francesco and his family were exceptional hosts - they were extremely friendly, responsive and generous.
We can seriously recommend Casa Natia as a base for a Sicilian holiday. We are already planning our re-visit.
