Casa Natia is a beautiful villa, lovingly restored, in full respect of the traditions and style of the area.
Set in the countryside, it's located at just few kilometers from Marina di Modica and from Modica.
Casa Natia is equipped with every comfort and it's the perfect accommodation for a holiday by the sea, culture and relax.
The property sits in he middle of a garden with swimming pool, green grass and olive trees, adjacent to the owners' lands who offer to their guests the opportunity to immerse themselves in the culture of their biological company.
The house is equipped inside with a kitchen complete of all appliances, 4 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 3 bathrooms and 1 living room; outside there's a large veranda equipped with table, chairs, armchairs and overlooking the pool.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Natia. We were a family of 5 adults and the accomodation was ideal with room for more. Our hosts were fantastic and communication was perfect. We were well informed of what to do locally and it was comforting to know our hosts were on the end of the phone if we needed them. Our hosts left a lovely welcome pack with fresh foods from the farm.
The most wonderful place to stay. So special. Everything was just perfect. Amazing house, pool and the best location for exploring!
The stay was just perfect. The owners were very welcoming and nice. The beach "marina di Modica" and the old town of Modica were the best activities to do. But you also don't wanna miss a day by the pool in the sun. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We grilled two times and it was one of the best things we've done. I really can recommend Casa Natía.
Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. The villa is stunning with everything you need and in a perfect location for the beaches and Modica. The welcome basket was amazing as were the fresh eggs and vegetables that were left for us in the week. Antonino was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to our queries. We shall definitely return.
