Casa Natia is a beautiful villa, lovingly restored, in full respect of the traditions and style of the area.
Set in the countryside, it's located at just few kilometers from Marina di Modica and from Modica.
Casa Natia is equipped with every comfort and it's the perfect accommodation for a holiday by the sea, culture and relax.
The property sits in he middle of a garden with swimming pool, green grass and olive trees, adjacent to the owners' lands who offer to their guests the opportunity to immerse themselves in the culture of their biological company.
The house is equipped inside with a kitchen complete of all appliances, 4 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 3 bathrooms and 1 living room; outside there's a large veranda equipped with table, chairs, armchairs and overlooking the pool.
Casa Natia also offers free wi-fi, parking, bed linen, towels and, on request, additional services.

This was our second visit to Casa Natia we liked it so much. The old farmhouse has everything you could need inside and out with its beautiful pool, BBQ and gazebo in the middle of a garden filled with birdsong. The owner is a generous host who lives across the fields and was on hand should there be any need. For us Casa Natia is the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of London.
We had a wonderful stay at Casa Natia as a family of 4 and would absolutely recommend it. The house is well laid out and would easily suit 2 groups or families. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked most meals there rather than eating out. There were lots of helpful amenities available such as laundry and cleaning facilities, toiletries in the bathrooms, plenty of bathroom and pool towels and a wonderful welcome food hamper. The outside space is really what set the house apart from others - a beautiful large pool, spacious well-maintained grounds and lovely outdoor seating and dining areas and BBQ. The location is rural so very private and peaceful. Modica and Scicly are both a 15 minute drive away so you need a car to access anything outside the house. Giorgio, the owner, was wonderfully welcoming and accommodating. Our children loved picking and juicing oranges for breakfast each morning! Would visit again without hesitation for a simple, peaceful break 🙂

We had a fantastic holiday at a very beautiful villa in Sicily! Online check-in was easy. Isula Travel provided great support and helped finding solutions to a challenge that came up before arrival.
