Casa Natia is a beautiful villa, lovingly restored, in full respect of the traditions and style of the area.
Set in the countryside, it's located at just few kilometers from Marina di Modica and from Modica.
Casa Natia is equipped with every comfort and it's the perfect accommodation for a holiday by the sea, culture and relax.
The property sits in he middle of a garden with swimming pool, green grass and olive trees, adjacent to the owners' lands who offer to their guests the opportunity to immerse themselves in the culture of their biological company.
The house is equipped inside with a kitchen complete of all appliances, 4 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 3 bathrooms and 1 living room; outside there's a large veranda equipped with table, chairs, armchairs and overlooking the pool.

5 von 5 - ausnahmslos. Das Grundstück mit Garten, dem Pool und Haus ist wunderschön. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wie zuhause gefühlt. Was aber auch an dem Host liegt. Selten so aufmerksam und nett umsorgt worden. Tägliche frische Eier, Orangen und Zitronen. Giorgio und auch sein Sohn Francesco sind richtige Herzensmenschen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Haus und Garten sehr gepflegt, WLAN fast überall auf dem Grundstück und genügend Bäder mit Duschen für 7 Leute. Die Terrasse direkt an der Küche ist überdacht und super gemütlich, eine Sitzecke am Pool hat eine Außenküche samt Grill. Absolutes Highlight der Pizzaofen (Steinofen), den wir in unserer Zeit gleich zweimal genutzt haben. Kurzum: wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und eine ganz große Empfehlung aussprechen!
We had a wonderful 5 nights at Casa Natia. Francesco was very welcoming even though we arrived later in the evening than planned. A wonderful welcome basket awaited us and the fresh eggs and oranges were topped up during our stay. The finish of the property is very high end, this is definitely one of the favourite airbnbs we’ve stayed in. The location requires a car bit plenty of sites within easy reach, our favourite of which was Scicli which was a very pretty 15 minute driveway. Plenty of WiFi and you can log in with your Netflix account on the TV should you do wish. Thank you for a lovely stay.
Fantastic property with great amenities. While the administrative part was taken care of (very well) by Francesca at IsulaTravel, the host Giorgio and Antonino went above and beyond to make sure we felt like at home. We cannot wait to plan for another trip to Sicilia and stay at their place!
The 5-star reviews are NOT too good to be true. From the immaculate accommodations to the well-equipped kitchen to the delightful farm tour, everyone in our 3-family group agree our host and the property made our stay a delight. The rural location was a welcome respite from the sometimes challenging driving conditions in the nearby towns, but it took a bit of planning to assure we picked up the goceries we needed when we decided to cook. A warm thank you to our gracious hosts.
La Casa Natia est une magnifique propriété au sein du triangle d’or de la Sicile baroque et à 20 minutes de la mer. L’équipement de la maison est parfait avec un très grand souci du détail. La propreté de la maison était également parfaite. Le jardin très bien entretenu dispose d’une pelouse fabuleuse et de magnifiques oliviers. Giorgio nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et beaucoup de très bons conseils pour visiter la région et déguster les meilleurs produits. Une adresse inoubliable!
