Die Unterkunft befindet sich am wunderschönen Strand von Pozzallo, umgeben von einem kristallklaren, blauen Meer, das mit der Blauen Flagge ausgezeichnet wurde. Das Blue Ocean bietet zauberhafte Aufenthalte mit spektakulären Sonnenuntergängen über dem Meer. Die kühlen Zimmer und der Garten mit direktem Zugang zum Strand machen die Villa zum perfekten Ort für entspannte und komfortable Momente.
Das Anwesen erstreckt sich über 2 Ebenen. Vom Eingang gelangt man durch die Veranda ins Erdgeschoss der Villa, das in das Wohnzimmer führt, welches an die Küche angrenzt. Es gibt zudem ein Doppelzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und ein zweites Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad mit Dusche. In das Obergeschoss gelangt man über die Außentreppe. Die Panoramaveranda führt ins Wohnzimmer, von wo aus man in den Flur des Schlafbereichs kommt, in dem sich ein Doppelzimmer, ein Zweibettzimmer und zwei Bäder mit Dusche befinden.
Im Außenbereich der Unterkunft gibt es einen großen Parkplatz und einen schönen Garten, ausgestattet mit Liegen, Stühlen und Sonnenschirmen, mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Die große Veranda und das ausgestattete Gartenhaus sind der ideale Ort für Mittag- und Abendessen im Freien, umgeben vom sanften Rauschen der Wellen. Zudem gibt es eine überdachte Außenveranda mit Grill.
Dank seiner Lage ist die Villa ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um zahlreiche touristische Ziele wie Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Donnalucata zu besuchen oder einen Katamaran zu buchen, um einen halben Tag in Malta zu verbringen.
WICHTIG:
Klimaanlage ist im Erdgeschoss nur im Wohnbereich und im Obergeschoss nur im Flur vorhanden.
Die Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügen über Deckenventilatoren.
Der Stromverbrauch ist bis zu 150 kWh/Woche inklusive.
Die Kurtaxe ist vor der Ankunft zu entrichten.

We were four couples and had a fantastic time at the villa. The location is breathtaking, and it was hard to tear ourselves away from the clean and stunning beach. The villa was exactly as described. The welcome and key handover were very warm and friendly.
The place is beautiful, right by the water and just like the pictures. You have a private beach, just shared with neighbors. We had one issue with the electricity going out a couple of times, but host was responsive in helping us fix it by resetting the main breaker. Something to keep in mind: We were charged an additional fee for electricity used over 150kw. We did not see this information included in the listing. However, we had a great time at the property and enjoyed our stay. If given the opportunity we would definitely return!
We had a wonderful stay at Mr. Paolo's place in Pozzallo! The house was beautiful and spacious, and exactly as described. Mr. Paolo was very accommodating to our shifting arrival time, and provided us with a portable crib for our two-year-old, both of which we appreciated very much. He also made a special trip during our stay to allow us to use some of his children's beach toys! The house is located directly on a pristine and gorgeous private beach with some of the smoothest sand and nicest water we've experienced, great for children and adults. It also included an outdoor shower and two lime trees leaden with fruit (which our children especially loved). We were able to use the Pozzallo location to explore nearby towns and cities by car and return to our beautiful beach in the afternoon/evening. It was a great stay and we highly recommend this home.
Great communication, vacation home exactly as described
It was an unforgettable experience. Our family, including two babies, stayed here, and the service throughout the entire process was fantastic. First Ersilia, and then Simona, who was always attentive and helpful in every way possible. We can never thank them enough for how well they took care of us. They recommended and booked a restaurant for our planned celebration. The villa is exceptional, with breathtaking views and every amenity. The direct beach access was a real treat. And Paolo was attentive and helpful the whole time. We had a wonderful stay!
