Haus am Strand ist ein herrliches Strandhaus im ersten Stock mit eigenem Eingang, perfekt für diejenigen, die einen Strandurlaub suchen.
Das Haus liegt genau vor dem schönen Sandstrand von Santa Maria del Focallo, überqueren Sie einfach die Straße.
Die Immobilie wurde 2021 komplett renoviert.
Die Außentreppe führt in den ersten Stock mit einem umlaufenden Balkon, der sich auf die schöne Terrasse mit Meerblick öffnet. Der Eingang ist von der Küche / Wohnzimmer, mit einem Einzelschlafsofa. Das Wohnzimmer führt zum Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad.
Es ist möglich, außerhalb der Unterkunft in einem öffentlichen Bereich zu parken. Zu Fuß erreichen Sie eine Bar, einen Supermarkt und einen Zeitschriftenladen.
Am Strand direkt vor dem Haus können vom 10. Juni bis 31. August 2 Sonnenliegen und 1 Sonnenschirm gebucht werden.

Well-equipped, clean apartment right by the sea. Just cross the street and you're on the beach. Very friendly host who provides lots of interesting information. Would definitely stay again!
Arriving was truly warm and wonderful thanks to Saro. The great welcome and tour of the apartment made it easy to feel at home. The sea view is breathtaking. The terrace and the view are magnificent. The furnishings are very tasteful, and nothing is lacking. Fully air-conditioned. The only downside was that the beach area in front of the apartment wasn't directly accessible due to the storm that raged in February this year. The photos are misleading in this regard. The road in front of the apartment isn't very busy, but you can still hear it in the background. Communication was excellent at all times. Simona and Saro are truly friendly and highly professional. I would love to come back!
We stayed in the first-floor apartment for almost 14 days. Beautiful view! It was quite windy at times, so you couldn't always sit on the terrace. And then the indoor space was a bit on the small side. But everything was there: a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bathroom, and a good bed. The beach access across the road, directly opposite the house, was washed away by the cyclone in January, so you can't get onto it there. But about 200 meters further on, you can, so that wasn't a problem for us. Saro, the co-host, speaks good English and always provided us with great tips. He also always responded quickly to questions. Mr. Angelo, the host, walked past daily with his incredibly cute dog and always waved. A car is a must, especially in these times; all facilities are within a 20-minute drive, and there are plenty of sights within a 1-hour drive. In short, highly recommended!
We've now had a fantastic time at House on the Beach in Santa Maria del Focallo for the second time. Angelo and Saro gave us a warm welcome, and the apartment was once again perfectly prepared, including a welcome package with Prosecco and more (the lemons from their own garden were delicious!). We felt very comfortable during our 14-day stay. The highlight of House on the Beach is, of course, the beautifully furnished terrace with its stunning view of the Mediterranean. We enjoyed every breakfast and almost every dinner there, especially with the sunset. Let's see if we can stay for three or even four weeks next time. The accommodation is very comfortable and clean. It has everything you need during your stay. The hosts are very kind and responsive — whenever we had a question, we received a reply quickly. The terrace has everything you need for relaxing, including a breakfast table, a dinner table, and comfortable sun loungers. We especially loved how close it is to the sea, which can be reached from the apartment in just one minute. There is also a public shower by the sea, just across the street, where you can rinse off the salt water right away. This is one of the most comfortable and cleanest accommodations we have ever booked on Airbnb.
