In order to allow you to easily access the property you have booked, we ask you to follow these simple instructions.

1) Indicate your estimated time of arrival. 

As this is not a hotel, there is no reception and the person who will take care of your check in needs to schedule your entrance in advance. 

So, if you will change the arrival time remember to inform us, otherwise you will have to wait for someone available depending on other arrivals already scheduled.

2) Take note of the contact details of the person who will welcome you and remember to write or call 2 hours before arrival to confirm the time.

3) In order on how to get there, click on the Google Maps button and enter the place from which you are leaving in the empty field (for example Catania Airport).
