ISTRUCTIONS

In order to allow your entrance, please pay attention to the following instructions:

- ARRIVAL TIME: Please communicate your expected arrival time.

- DEPOSIT: Check with the booking office that the security deposit has been managed, without which the property cannot be accessed.

- PEOPLE PRESENT: In addition to the people in your group, no other person can access the property without prior notice, not even for a short stay of a few hours.

- PETS: If you are traveling with pets, make sure you have communicated it: an extra may be requested or, in some cases, they are not allowed.

- MAINTENANCE OF THE PROPERTY: Please treat the property with respect, as if it were your own home. In particular, we ask you not to place hot pots or pans on the kitchen, on tables or other furnishings that can get damaged and, on the day of departure, before leaving the house, it is required to leave the dishwasher with dirty dishes.

- WASTE: Garbage must be delivered to the designated delivery points. Should the waste be left inside the property, a fee of € 50.00 will be applied.

- CLEANING: After your departure the house will be cleaned and disinfected, you are not required to do it yourself. However, it is requested to leave it in a decent condition, with particular references to garbage, food scraps, bottles and personal effects.
