Beschreibung
Es handelt sich um eine elegante Landvilla mit Pool, komplett renoviert, nur vier km von Ispica und fùnf km vom Meer entfernt und ist ideal fùr Familien.
Die Villa verfùgt ùber drei Schlafzimmer (zwei Doppel- und ein Zweibettzimmer), zwei Badezimmer und eine grosse Kùche, die mit allem Komfort ausgestattet ist.
Draussen gibt es eine grossee Veranda mit Grill, Holzofen, Esstisch und Sitzecke mit Sesseln. Die Villa ist von einem grossen Garten mit mediterranen Pflanzen, einem Pool und ausreichend Parkplätzen umgeben.

A beautiful villa; the garden and house are well-maintained. The pool is fantastic, and Gloria was very welcoming.
Great house, very clean. Everything is designed with attention to detail. The outdoor area is cozy for breakfast and relaxing evenings. The pool area is also very clean, with sun loungers, parasols, a shower, and a toilet.
The location is close to the motorway. During our stay at the end of May, there was very little traffic. Many restaurants and shops were still closed.
The house is a dream; everything was just like in the pictures. The attention to detail is evident, with color-coordinated details throughout. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and the outdoor area was beautiful for breakfast or enjoying the evenings. We had a wonderful family vacation with our children and felt very comfortable. The pool area is great, with sun loungers, parasols, a shower, and a toilet. The only minor drawback is the location near the motorway. However, during our stay (end of May), there wasn't much traffic. The season doesn't really start until the beginning of June, so many restaurants and shops were still closed.
Gloria nous a très bien accueilli avec de belles petites attentions, la villa est magnifique. Nous avons trouver de belles criques ainsi que des plages aux alentours. L’équipement de la maison est top: barbecue, four à pizza terrasse piscine etc… Vraiment un petit paradis les enfants et nous avons adoré!! Merci!
The property is well equipped and furnished, with a spacious garden, a generous veranda, and a pleasant pool. It is close to Ispica, and the sea is just a short drive away. Two covered parking spaces are available, which is very convenient. A car is recommended, as the house is not easy to reach without one. The motorway is nearby and quite busy, and during our stay there was also construction work next door, which was sometimes noisy. Gloria was a very kind and welcoming host, and communication was easy and pleasant. Overall, we had a enjoyable and comfortable stay.
