Villa mit Pool für 2 Personen, umgeben von viel Grün zwischen Noto und Palazzolo Acreide.
Das Anwesen wurde fachmännisch restauriert und schafft einen einzigen offenen Raum im Erdgeschoss und ein Zwischengeschoss mit einem Doppelbett. Die großen Fenster ermöglichen einen schönen Blick auf die umliegende Natur.
Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich eine schöne Küche, der Wohnbereich unter dem Zwischengeschoss und ein Badezimmer mit einer komfortablen Dusche.
Draußen auf der Küchenseite befindet sich eine herrliche Terrasse mit Blick auf einen Steinbruch, während sich auf der Rückseite des Hauses ein quadratischer Pool befindet, der in den Garten des Hauses eingetaucht ist.
Diese Villa ist perfekt für ein Paar, das Entspannung und Intimität sucht.

Bei Stornierungen bis 61 Tage vor dem Anreisedatum kostenfrei.
Bei Stornierungen bis 30 Tage vor dem Anreisedatum werden 50 % verrechnet.
Bei Stornierungen weniger als 30 Tage vor dem Anreisedatum werden 100 % in Rechnung gestellt.

The house is great and met all of our needs and the landlord did everything he could to make us feel comfortable. You have absolute peace and quiet and can really relax. In Avola (15 Minutes by car) you get everything you need to live. The house offers all the necessary comfort and is very nicely furnished.
The villa was perfect - exactly as advertised. Secluded and private. It is large and spacious for two, and beautifully furnished. We are keen cooks and often find that rental properties lack decent kitchen equipment. But this was not the case at Manghisi. We had everything we needed. The garden is lush and beautiful and a testament to Pieter’s passion for gardening - and the pool is a refreshing Godsend. A few minor suggestions. While Pieter was always available via WhatsApp to provide advice on things to do and restaurants in the area etc. , a well written welcome pack would make it easier. Also note that the property does not have a washing machine, which was a challenge for us as we were there for a week. All in all, the property is a delight and we highly recommend it for those who appreciate quality, quiet, seclusion and comfort in beautiful surroundings.
We stayed at the house for one week. The garden is a beautiful green oasis on the rather dry Island. Every morning between 7 and 8 am the garden is watered automatically. One of my favoriten times during the day. The really nice pool in the garden is hidden from any view between trees so one is very private. The house has everything you need including a aircondition and an interessting design and garden magazin collection. And there is a great barbeque area next to the Pool which we used a lot. Marcello, the son of the owner wellcomed us at the house. The contact was super and we visited his families succulent nursery which was one of our highlights. The next grocery store, bakery and butchery is about 12min by car. Our favorite butchery was in Buscemi (Ṃarcelleria-Russo Rossario). We had great dinner at "Andreas" in Palazzolo, at "Al Vecchio Molo" in Calarbernado. and a very fancy but very exspansive dinner in the hidden small hotel Restaurant "Battimandorlo". We had good Seafood at Ognina Sun & Food where one can also go swimming from the stones. The most sand beaches are very full and therefore for us not so attractive. We wanted to see flamingos which is why we went to the Reservat Vendicari but there were non. But a little further south on the way to the nice Bar "dune beach" (recomandation of Marcello) we saw hundreds of flamingos in the Pantano Longarini. We had a wunderfull time at the house and area and can highly recommend it.
