His approach is deeply evocative: a true ballad of Sicilian tastes and scents, enriched with interludes of history, literature, and the ancient roots of a culinary tradition that spans millennia. As he often says, food is not only about what we eat, but about balance, harmony, and a kind of inner, almost cosmic alignment of the body.
It is this vision that transforms the experience into something deeply rejuvenating: an encounter that awakens the senses and reconnects you with a more essential rhythm.
Program
- A Table of the Seasons. The experience begins with the presentation of a beautifully set table, adorned with seasonal fruits, herbs, and vegetation - whenever possible, freshly gathered from the surrounding land - offering an immediate connection to the territory.
- Hands-on Cooking Workshop. Take part in a guided cooking session where the chef shares techniques, cooking tips, and ancient recipes rooted in a millenary Sicilian tradition. From kneading fresh homemade pasta to preparing seasonal vegetables - such as cleaning artichokes - to crafting traditional desserts, each preparation follows the rhythm of the seasons.
- Wild Herbs & Local Knowledge. Discover the world of spontaneous local herbs, their properties, their uses in the kitchen, and their deep connection to the land.
- The Heart of the Experience: The Table. Gather around the table and enjoy the dishes prepared together, in a moment of authentic conviviality where time slows down.
- Sensorial Tasting Journey. Explore the aromas and flavours of the land through:

Cancellation Policy:
- 100% refund for cancellations until 7 days before the event
- 50% refund for cancellations between 6 and 4 days before the event
- No refund for cancellations less than 72h before the event
