Modica Country Villa è una bellissima proprietà con piscina, situata nella campagna di Modica, perfetta per famiglie e piccoli gruppi di amici.
La casa è situata in una posizione tranquilla ma con tutti i comfort a pochi minuti di auto.
La proprietà si sviluppa su 2 livelli: al piano terra troviamo una grande cucina, un soggiorno, 2 camere da letto, una con bagno interno e due bagni. Al primo piano ci sono 2 camere singole che possono essere trasformate in camere doppie e un altro bagno.
Dalla zona giorno, attraverso una veranda attrezzata, si accede al giardino, al centro del quale si trova una meravigliosa piscina con una piccola spiaggia, una zona per bambini e una zona più profonda dotata di trampolino. Ai bordi della piscina ci sono anche un gazebo, docce esterne e area barbecue.

First of all, it’s a nice place to stay, and the people who did the check-in were really nice. They even brought us extra blankets. The place does need maintenance. There was no handle on the freezer, and the bathrooms are old. Shower heads should be replaced, and in 2 /3 showers, the water drains very slowly, so you end up standing in water.

Regarding the comments about the house, we have immediately forwarded your observations to the property owners and asked them to verify and carry out any necessary maintenance, if required. As for items such as garbage bags, soap, or toilet paper, these are provided only as a courtesy starter kit to allow guests to settle in comfortably upon arrival (owner left 8 rolls of toilet paper). We spent 12 nights as a family of 6 (4 adults, 2 young children) in this beautiful villa. Everything was exceptionally clean. I would say the pictures of the property say it all - plenty of space, everything in great condition. All appliances worked properly. One thing to keep in mind when booking with young children: the pool is 3+ meters deep at the deepest level and there is no fence around that area to keep children safe. On the plus side, there is a very shallow area on the other side of the pool which is great for the little ones. Communication with Alessandra, the host, was super smooth. She shared recommendations of the area and welcomed us with some dolci and vino. She was also very flexible concerning check-in times (thank you!). We had a great time and would recommend this villa 100%.

The house was fantastic. Ersila provided us with clear information, and Alessandra took care of our arrival impeccably. The pool is beautiful and large. Highly recommended.
We had a wonderful stay in the villa; it is located in a nice, quiet area, and the shopping center is easily accessible by car.
We were warmly welcomed by the hostess and host.
We had good contact with the intermediary, and they arranged everything well.
