Description
Modica Country Villa is a beautiful property with pool, located in the countryside of Modica, perfect for families and small groups of friends.
The house is situated in a quiet location but with all the amenities within a few minutes drive.
The property is on 2 levels: on the ground floor there is a large kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and two bathrooms. On the first floor there are 2 single rooms that can be transformed into double rooms, and another bathroom.
From the living area, through an equipped veranda, there is the access to the garden, at the center of which is a wonderful swimming pool with a small beach, a children's area and a deeper area equipped with a diving board. At the edge of the pool there also are a gazebo, outdoor showers and barbecue area.

Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub auf Sizilien. Die Unterkunft und das Wetter waren perfekt, der Pool ein Traum. Einzig das Internet hätte besser sein können, da das Telefonnetz dort auch nicht gut war. Ansonsten war alles perfekt.
La villa è molto bella e abbiamo riposato veramente bene per quello che ci hanno consentito le nostre bimbe. Nella villa mancavano un po' delle piccole sciocchezze di base ma ci siamo potuti arrangiare con qualche giro al supermercato, facilmente raggiungibile in auto. Il soggiorno è stato molto diverso da quello che avevamo pensato a causa del clima non ottimale durante i giorni della nostra permanenza. L'abbassamento della temperatura ha reso la piscina gelida e purtroppo non siamo riusciti a godercela. Agenzia e proprietari disponibili e molto cordiali.
The location is just perfect for touring the area. Modica, Scicli, Ragusa, Noto and Syracuse/Ortigia all within easy reach. Beautiful beaches close by too as well as a plethora of supermarkets within 10 minutes drive. The villa owners were so welcoming and accommodating They responded very quickly when we had a mishap with a key. The agents (Isola Travel) were also great and provided some brilliant recommendations when we asked them for beach ideas (we went to San Lorenzo). Obviously the amazing pool is a highlight but the whole place was just perfect.
All services and communication were excellent. The house were top. Great pool , rooms, clean, location etc. We loved and enjoyed our stay.
Everything was as promised. We had no problems.
