This is a scam and is not associated with IsulaTravel.

 

Is my booking safe?

Yes. All bookings are confirmed and secure. No action is required from your side.

 

Have my payment details been compromised?

No. Credit card and payment information have not been compromised.

These data are stored on separate, secure servers with additional protection layers.

 

What data may have been accessed?

Due to unauthorized access to our booking management system, the following data may have been exposed:

  • Guest name
  • Phone number
  • Booked accommodation

No sensitive financial data has been accessed.

 

What should I do if I receive a suspicious message?

  • Do not reply
  • Do not click on any links
  • Do not provide personal or payment information
  • Block the sender, if possible

 

Which messages are fraudulent?

Messages coming from numbers such as:

are fraudulent and should be ignored.
