Es handelt sich um ein atemberaubendes Anwesen direkt am Meer mit Pool und Blick auf das Meer.
Es wurde 2018 komplett renoviert und befindet sich in Marina di Modica. Der Aussenbereich des Hauses besteht aus einem schònen Garten mit Pool, von dem Sie einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer geniessen kònnen, einer grossen Veranda mit Sofa, Tisch und Stùhlen.
Der Innenraum besteht aus einem offenen Raum einschliesslich der Kùche und dem Wohnzimmer, mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf den Garten und das Meer, ein Doppelzimmer mit Bad ensuite, ein Doppelzimmer, ein Zweibettzimmer und dem Hauptbadezimmer.
Das Meer ist nur bei dreizig Meter vom Tor entfernt, mit Klippen auf Meereshòhe, von wo aus man leicht ins Wasser eintauchen kann, um das Mittelmeer zu geniessen. Der nàchste goldene Sandstrand ist 700 Meter entfernt, ungefàhr acht Minuten zu Fuss oder weniger, mit den kostenlos angebotenen Fahrràdern.

Bei Stornierungen bis 61 Tage vor dem Anreisedatum kostenfrei.
Bei Stornierungen bis 30 Tage vor dem Anreisedatum werden 50 % verrechnet.
Bei Stornierungen weniger als 30 Tage vor dem Anreisedatum werden 100 % in Rechnung gestellt.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! A huge thank you to Enzo: the welcome was incredibly warm, our requests (such as a high chair for the baby) were handled perfectly, and he was always available whenever we needed anything throughout our holiday. As a family, we felt very comfortable and well taken care of.
However, I would strongly suggest that you revise the Isula Travel online check-in process; having to manually enter information and upload documents for 7 people—without the option to save progress—is an unreasonable burden. Additionally, the spam emails sent following the security incident were quite unsettling. A practical suggestion for the kitchen: it would be great to have a few more, sturdier glasses; two of them broke during the very first dishwasher cycle.
Here are a few other small tips and notes regarding maintenance:
Robot lawnmower: Unfortunately, the robot got stuck several times. Thanks to the code Enzo provided, we were able to reset it easily each time, but the mowing zone might need to be re-evaluated or adjusted.
Outdoor timer: The timer was set for 9:48 PM (21:48). This doesn't quite align with the current time of year—as a result, the pool and garden lights didn't turn on until it was already pitch black outside.
Garden lighting & insect screens: Some of the garden lights remained off at night (perhaps the bulbs are faulty?), and the insect screen curtain was a bit difficult to operate.
These are just minor details offered as feedback—overall, we truly had a fantastic time staying with you!
Absolutely nice location and first class Service!
The house is beautiful—the garden and the pool are just like in the photos! The direct beach access also lives up to its promise. The support provided by the IsulaTravel team is exceptional. Many thanks again to Enzo, who was always there for us.
We have just returned from a 2 week stay at Seahome. Lovely area with nearby beach and restaurants. Villa is as shown in pictures, great pool and comfy beds.
We very much enjoyed our time at Enzo‘s beautiful place and would be happy to do so again! Enzo was very helpful throughout our stay and made us feel welcome. We spent a lot of time outdoors and in the pool, which our kids loved. Marina di Modica beach is very close and great to spend the whole day!
