The property consists of: 3 bedrooms (2 doubles e 1 twin,) 3 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room with fireplace; outside a second kitchen with barbecue, a veranda with dining area, car parking, garden with Mediterranean trees and a beautiful swimming pool. It's impossible not to be fascinated.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

The villa is beautiful, very clean, and only 5 minutes from the beach. It was very well-equipped; we had everything we needed, including a beach umbrella, etc. The beach was very clean, and we practically had it to ourselves!
The accommodation is truly lovely, and we lacked nothing. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area with its pool and outdoor kitchen. The proximity to the sea is also fantastic.
The accommodation was very clean and spacious. The outdoor area was fantastic, and we made great use of the pizza oven twice. Communication was excellent and prompt when there were any problems. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.
We had a wonderful time in the house. The garden is beautifully landscaped and very well maintained. There's a lovely outdoor area. The house itself is a very spacious bungalow. Since there were a lot of mosquitoes, mosquito nets on the windows would have been a good idea. The beach is just a few minutes away and was very quiet during the off-season.
Very clean and comfortable location, with quick access to a wonderful beach.
