Description
Villa Matimpa is an exceptional property completed in 2024 located in a total natural and panoramic position between Scicli and the sea. The silence that reigns here, is worth gold!
The villa was built respecting the surrounding environment, reusing every single stone (Timpa) present in the land and the owner has made every effort to preserve the natural vegetation on the site.
The property has two buildings, close but not attached: one for guests and the other where the owners live. The large size of the property and the functional separation of the outdoor spaces ensure the necessary privacy.
The Belgian owners guarantee an unforgettable holiday in all privacy, yet offer a very personal service and genuine hospitality.
The couple will discreetly use the pool, always taking into account their guests.
If only private access to the pool is a “sine qua non « for some tenants, the owners are willing to compromise.
The entrance is through the kitchen-living area, from which you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the countryside and the sea. A corridor leads to the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
From the living area you can also access the panoramic covered veranda.
A small downhill path leads to the swimming pool, 20 meters long and 4 meters wide. In addition to the solarium with an outdoor shower, there is also a pool house with a bathroom and a shower with hot water.
The property is perfect for a relaxing holiday in silence, surrounded by wild nature.
Even though only a 10 minutes drive from the beautiful sandy beaches of Sampieri and the world heritage cities within easy reach.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

We really enjoyed our stay in the house. Very clean and neat. It is a super beautiful house and beautifully decorated with attention to detail and a beautiful view. The house was well equipped in terms of the kitchen, so it was easy to cook. We loved the pool area. The water was beautiful and clean. The hosts were nice and helpful. We could recommend a stay here at any time.
Our stay at the villa was absolutely wonderful! The property was beautifully maintained, offering a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The outdoor area, including the pool, was perfect for relaxation. Kitty and Mike and Chico (the hosts) are incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure our stay was comfortable. We truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a perfect getaway! Looking forward to our next visit!
We had a fantastic stay at Villa Matimpa. It's a beautiful villa with a large and relaxing/cooling pool and pool area. The villa is situated on top of a hill with superb views on the mediteranean. The weather was beautiful and at the villa there was always a refreshing breeze. We also got tips for restaurants and things to visit in the neighbourhood from the owners of the villa, very nice people indeed! We can fully recommend a holiday at Villa Matimpa, we'll definitely return to enjoy more holidays :-)
We had an excellent experience dealing with Isulatravel. They organized everything for our stay in Matimpa to perfection. All admin stuff, renting a car, getting (late) access to our holiday home, they did this all very dilligently, so thank you for that!
Everything worked as agreed. Rented Villa was as presented on the website and in great condition. Provided personal and helpful assistant from IsulaTravel felt comfortable. We did not have any problems during our stay in Sicilia, but we felt like our assistant would have been there to help solving issues, if occured. We got all useful information regarding our stay, in time and without asking. IsulaTravel is very much recommended by us. Our hosts at the Villa Matimpa were very kind, friendly and helpful. Although they live on the same plot, you can spend your time in total privacy at the Villa and pool house. Villa Matimpa is very much recommended by us.
