Description
Villa Vogue is a newly built property, completed in 2019. Situated on a hill, about 2 km from the town of Noto, the villa has a stunning private swimming pool and offers an amazing view on the sea and the surrounding countryside.
The villa can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 double bedrooms equipped with air conditioning and private bathroom.
The villa has modern and fully equipped kitchen opening onto the elegantly furnished living room. The large windows, which lead outwards from the living area, make the environment particularly bright.
The verandas, present on both sides of the villa, are tastefully furnished and allow you to have lunch and dinner outdoors and to enjoy the peace of the countryside of Noto.
Villa Vogue and the territory of Noto offer everything you need to spend a relaxing and cultural holiday. In fact, in a few minutes by car you can reach the baroque cities of Noto, Scicli, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Syracuse or the Vendicari Nature Reserve.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

The villa was excellent with a professional hand over at the start and finish. All facilities were in top quality condition.
We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Vogue. The location is very private and beautiful views to the sea. The Villa is very comfortable inside with ample space for 6 adults. The outside space is really lovely with comfortable seating and a huge pool. We had a small issue on our last day with the electrics because of some bad weather but Mr Maurizio was very responsive at resolving it. We loved the welcome fruit and wine too. All in all a perfect stay.
We had a lovely time at villa vogue - Mauricio took good care of us, and came to clean the pool after Mt Etna erupted and left a fine layer of black dust everywhere. The pool is the highlight, it’s absolute perfection, and the rest of the house is comfortable and well-equipped. It is exactly as the photos show it. My only complaint is they needed better covers on the bed - they were a bit scant. Otherwise, I would absolutely come back here again. It is close to Noto, about a 6-7 minute drive. Views are splendid, the grounds beautiful.
We loved staying in this beautiful villa, Maurizio was incredibly helpful. A great experience all round. We would happily visit again in the future.
