Description
Located on the beautiful beach of Pozzallo, surrounded by a crystalline blue sea, awarded with the blue flag, Blue Ocean offers enchanting stays with spectacular sunsets over the sea. The cool rooms and the garden with direct access to the beach make the villa perfect to spend moments of relaxation and comfort.
The property is spread over 2 levels. From the entrance, you enter the ground floor of the villa through the veranda which leads into the living room which adjoins the kitchen. There is also a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. The second floor is accessed via the external staircase. The panoramic veranda leads to the living room which leads to the corridor of the sleeping area where there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms with shower.
The exterior of the property features a large parking area and a beautiful garden equipped with sunbeds, chairs and umbrellas, with direct access to the sea. The large veranda and the equipped gazebo are the ideal places for outdoor lunches and dinners, lulled by the gentle waves of the sea. There is also an external porch equipped with a barbecue.
Finally, thanks to its location, the villa is the perfect starting point for visiting numerous tourist destinations such as Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Donnalucata, or booking a catamaran to spend a half day in Malta.
IMPORTANT:
Air conditioning is present on the ground floor only in the living area and on the upper floor only in the corridor.
The ground floor bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Electricity is included up to 150 kWh/week.
Tourist tax to be paid before arrival.
N.B. Up to 4 people only the ground floor will be available.

For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.

Reviews
Prime location. The house is nice with many outdoor areas in shade. However, considering the house is in first row to the beach there is limited sea view from the garden due to high plants. The beach is amazing for kids as well. Only sand and shallow water. Decorations could be nicer. But all in all a good place to spend a vacation.
Villa corrispondente alle foto , ottima posizione per spostamenti in giornata , accesso al mare direttamente dalla casa e spiaggia quasi esclusiva. Lo consigliamo.
Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Blue Ocean Villa verbracht. Die Villa selbst ist bezaubernd und gut ausgestattet. Man benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto, da man etwas außerhalb der Stadt ist, dafür ist man wirklich privat. Wir hatten den traumhaften Strand komplett für uns. Wir haben immer wieder Ausflüge in nahegelegene Städte gemacht. Viele davon sind nur ca 20-30min entfernt.
