Description
Cala Due Vista Mare is a luxury villa set in a panoramic location on the stunning Caponegro cliff, just outside the baroque town of Avola and close to Noto.

The panoramic villa, consisting of two adjacent buildings, features a total of six double bedrooms with private bathrooms and can accommodate up to 12 guests. The front house offers the best access to the pool and sea views, while the second house, set slightly back, provides greater privacy, tranquility, and a sea view from one bedroom.
On the ground floor, you’ll find the kitchen and an open-plan living area that opens onto a veranda with stunning sea views, perfect for dinners outdoors. Large sliding doors blur the boundary between the indoors and the lush garden outside.
From the living area, a corridor leads to a bathroom, a laundry room, and one double bedroom, while a staircase leads to the upper floor.
Elegant Sea-View Bedrooms
- Each house features a ground-floor double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a walk-in shower, and access to a shaded, private terrace.
- The first floor hosts two more double bedrooms: One with sea views, a private bathroom, and access to a terrace wrapping around two sides of the villa. Another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and terrace access.
Pool and Sun Decks
The villa’s outdoor space is equally impressive.
Two shaded sun decks with loungers are available—one closer to the house, and another surrounding the pool for ultimate relaxation: morning swims, sunset cocktails, or lounging under the Sicilian sun. A movable barbecue is also provided for flexible outdoor dining.
Exclusive Cliff Access
A private path leads directly from the pool to a gate reserved exclusively for Cala Due guests. Beyond it lies a beautiful tuff cliff washed by turquoise-green waters. Further along, you’ll find a small cove and a lower cliff near Lido Kairos, which also offers a restaurant and pizzeria. This area is perfect for snorkeling.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 1.500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

Reviews
We had a wonderful stay. We were a diverse group of 13 people in total, including two infants. The house was large and spacious, with private bathrooms for each room. Cots and chairs were arranged at no extra cost. Beautiful surroundings and a huge private outdoor area with plenty of space for young and old to run around. A little note for families with young children - All surfaces are concrete and they get very slippery when wet.
Fantastic villa, nice view to the see front, modern and perfect setting, we will definitely come back again, the only inconvenience is the daily cleaning hours at 10:00, too early for me to wake up.
The accommodation consists of two identical houses, one of which is closer to the pool, i.e. on the beach side. Each house has three bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms and a large living room. The neighbor on the south side made some strange beeping noises several times during the night. The only things we missed were a baby potty, a microwave and a coffee maker. Otherwise, everything we needed was in the apartments. The pool area was nice and the terrace was cozy. The owner, the cleaner and the receptionist were very friendly.
Excellent service, superb communication, and great attention to detail. We really loved the villa we rented through Isula, and we plan to book with our agent again very soon.
