Casa Friscanzana, villa with pool near Scicli
The villa retains the charm of a traditional Sicilian country house, with details that reflect the island’s heritage: from Sicilian majolica tiles to local stone, and a wooden ceiling with exposed beams that brings warmth to the interiors.
With 5 spacious double bedrooms, thoughtfully furnished, this holiday home in Sicily welcomes up to 10 guests, offering plenty of space for families and groups.
The ground floor features a spacious and bright living area, with a lounge, a well-equipped kitchen and direct access to the pergola with an outdoor dining area. Three double bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms, complete this level. A further room leads to a mezzanine, where a charming attic-style double bedroom is located.
Next to the main house, the annex offers additional privacy and features a living area with kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom.
Outside, the swimming pool and several relaxation areas blend harmoniously into the surrounding countryside. A place designed for slow Sicilian days, shared moments and, at the same time, finding your own peaceful corner.
