Casa Natia is a beautiful villa, lovingly restored, in full respect of the traditions and style of the area.
Set in the countryside, it's located at just few kilometers from Marina di Modica and from Modica.
Casa Natia is equipped with every comfort and it's the perfect accommodation for a holiday by the sea, culture and relax.
The property sits in he middle of a garden with swimming pool, green grass and olive trees, adjacent to the owners' lands who offer to their guests the opportunity to immerse themselves in the culture of their biological company.
The house is equipped inside with a kitchen complete of all appliances, 4 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 3 bathrooms and 1 living room; outside there's a large veranda equipped with table, chairs, armchairs and overlooking the pool.
Casa Natia also offers free wi-fi, parking, bed linen, towels and, on request, additional services.

This is the best villa I have ever stayed in. It's even prettier than the photos. After a long journey from London to Sicily, I felt exhausted, but the moment I stepped into the villa, all my tiredness disappeared. I was amazed at how beautiful this villa is. The children were so excited, running around everywhere. Despite our late arrival, the owner was waiting for us and gave us a warm welcome. He showed us around the villa, and the detailed instructions provided were very useful. We had a great 4-day stay in this villa. For the last part of our trip, we didn't go anywhere but enjoyed the swimming pool and sun chairs in the garden. This villa is definitely the highlight of our trip.
Vi kan varmt rekommendera Casa Natìa. Vackert beläget med utsikt över fält och havet i fjärran. Huset översteg förväntningarna och var superrent och smakfullt inrett. Familjen tog emot oss med köket fyllt med basvaror, frukt, vin och mycket annat. Det firades födelsedag och då kom Giorgio med en tårta som Giovanna bakat🥰 Under hela vår vistelse bemöttes vi med värme utöver det vanliga - tack❣️Fantastiskt!
We had a wonderful holiday in Casa Natia. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Very nice house, fully equiped, beautiful surroundings, but quiet and private. A lot to see in the neighbourhood and good suggestions for restaurants from the hosts. Overall a real recommendation!
Wir wurden herzlich und sehr gastfreundlich von Francesco mit einem Korb italienischer Köstlichkeiten empfangen und fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl. Das wunderbare Haus, der schöne Garten und der fantastische Pool waren großartig. Wir sind mit dem Mietwagen ab Catania Airport ca. 1,5h gefahren, das Haus ist einfach zu finden und ruhig gelegen. Francesco war jederzeit erreichbar und gab uns viele Tipps fürs Erkunden der Insel. Das Meer, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ungefähr 15 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir haben interessante Ausflüge in den Südosten Siziliens unternommen und hatten einen unvergesslich schönen Urlaub. Grazie mille!
Casa Natia is in the middle of a working farm. A fabulous 19th century villa stylishly appointed and surrounded by fields and animals. However, the star of the show was the wonderful Giorgio whose kindness and generosity made our stay even more memorable. We received a generous welcome basket with fresh eggs and home made olive oil. Everything about the villa and pool area was superb and we had a brilliant holiday. We tried recommended restaurants in Scicli and Modica and both were exceptionally good. Frankly we can’t wait to return.
