Breathtaking View ist eine Strandimmobilie mit Garten und Pool, renoviert und möbliert im minimalistischen Stil, mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf das Mittelmeer.
Das Haus erstreckt sich über 2 Ebenen: ein Keller, der für Gäste nicht zugänglich ist, und das Erdgeschoss besteht aus 3 Schlafzimmern (zwei Doppelzimmer + 1 Zweibettzimmer), 2 Badezimmern mit Dusche (eines im Wohnbereich und eines im Schlafbereich) sowie einem hellen Wohnbereich mit Küche, der sich zur Außenterrasse öffnet.

We had a fantastic stay in “Breathtaking View Villa”. The view was just as amazing as in the pictures. The house is perfectly located right down to the water in a quiet villa area, but still close to good restaurants and fantastic sandy beaches. The area is not too touristy, there is plenty of space on the beach and there are many good local restaurants both in Modica, Marine di Modica and the other nice old towns in the area. The house is cozy, clean and neat and the swimming pool is beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped. Our host, Patrizia and her husband were very friendly and helpful. We have been given a lovely “starter pack” with fruit, bread and delicacies, so we did not have to shop immediately after arrival. Our hosts helped us find good restaurants and they were very caring. We can highly recommend Villa Breathtaking View.
A wonderful villa, right next to the sea, such a lovely site to wake up to. The villas is tucked away from the town, but close enough to walk or drive to the centre. Very roomy, you can either lounge by the pool or sit on the terrace whilst enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
The bedrooms are very good, with plenty of space for your clothes and a bed that makes you want to stay there. The bathrooms are excellent, and the showers are one of the best we’ve ever had in a villa. Whilst it is a drive to the villa from Catania airport, I can definitely say it is well worth the drive, the owners are very lovely people who will do their best to make sure your stay is one to remember.
An absolute jewel, and I would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Breathtaking View Villa. The villa was immaculate and very well equipped with everything we needed. The view and location is perfect; we enjoyed exploring the local area (Ragusa, Scicli, Siracusa, Sampieri, etc) as well as relaxing on the veranda and enjoying the sound of the sea. The hosts were really helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend a stay here!
