"VERTRAUEN SIE UNS” ist ein Label, das wir nur in sehr seltenen Fällen verwenden, wenn einige Merkmale so außergewöhnlich sind, dass sie auf Fotos oder in Videos nicht sichtbar sind und nur vor Ort erlebt werden können. Bei dieser Villa beziehen wir uns auf die Qualität der Einrichtung, die Ruhe und Stille der Lage sowie auf den einzigartigen Komfort des exklusiven Zugangs zu den Serviceleistungen der Masseria della Volpe.
Casa Carlita ist ein prachtvolles Anwesen im Herzen des Val di Noto, mit einer einzigartigen Lage auf einem Hügelkamm, umgeben von uralten Olivenbäumen. Sie bietet absolute Privatsphäre und Ruhe mitten in der Natur, da es keine Nachbarn in der Umgebung gibt.
Mit wundervollen Ausblicken aus allen Perspektiven des Anwesens, ist sie nur 15 Autominuten von wunderschönen Stränden, dem Fischerort Marzamemi oder von Noto, dem barocken Juwel Siziliens, entfernt.
Das Innere von Casa Carlita ist modern, minimalistisch und warm. Die Wohn- und Essbereiche, sowohl drinnen als auch draußen, sind großzügig und lichtdurchflutet – perfekt, um gesellige Momente mit Familie oder Freunden zu verbringen. Die voll ausgestattete Küche mit elegantem und funktionalem Design bietet außerdem einen angenehmen sozialen Treffpunkt.
Casa Carlita verfügt über zwei Zimmer und zwei Suiten. Die Zimmer haben große Fenster mit Ausblick und die Suiten verfügen über eigene private Terrassen. Alle Räume sind geräumig, mit bequemen Betten, eigenem Bad, Kleiderschrank und einem praktischen Arbeitsplatz für Smart-Working.
Die Villa, gebaut mit sizilianischen Materialien, liegt in einem Olivenhain von 39.000qm. Der Design-Garten mit typischer sizilianischer Vegetation ist harmonisch beleuchtet bei Nacht. Der Pool ist halb im Freien und wird von Sonnenstrahlen beheizt, halb überdacht unter einer Loggia mit Eckbar. Die Loggia befindet sich unter einem majestätischen Turm, der von einer Terrasse gekrönt wird. Von diesem perfekten Ort genießt man die sizilianische Landschaft, das Blau des Ionischen Meeres oder lässt sich vom atemberaubenden Sternenhimmel verzaubern.
Die Villa bietet einen direkten privaten Weg zum eleganten Eco-Resort Masseria della Volpe. Dort können Sie einen Tisch im Coda Rossa Restaurant reservieren, das feine Küche in wunderschönem Ambiente bietet. Nach Reservierung stehen Ihnen außerdem exklusive Services wie Spa, Tennis, Beachvolleyball und Hubschrauberlandeplatz auf dem Hotelgelände zur Verfügung.

The home is beautiful, clean and almost exactly like the photos. We could tell the owner invested a lot of money in the property. I wish I would have fully understood the location beforehand. The listing mentions an unpaved country road but the road isn’t maintained and driving on 10 minutes of big rocks and through dry farm brush that needs to be cut damaged our rental cars. The location is a 30 minute drive to Marzamemi and a 30 minute drive to the town of Noto. Also, I wrongfully assumed the Airbnb was in close walking proximity to the Masseria della Volpe hotel…it’s actually an 11 minutes drive. I think these are details worth mentioning to anyone considering staying at their property to ensure the guests and property are good matches. Again, a beautiful property but very remote.

The boutique hotel and eco resort, Masseria della Volpe, is indeed 5 min walk from our villa through their lovely citrus plantation, as you were explained at check-in. You also have the option to call their reception and they can send the golf cart to pick you up and the ride will take 2 minutes. We never recommend or indicate to drive there as you need to go around the hill and this takes unnecessary longer.
Noto and Marzamemi are at practically equal distance. It is a short drive to both depending on the road you choose. You certainly noticed that there are currently some temporary works on the road after you leave Casa Carlita and you get to the crossroad near Rosolini. Depending on the deviation you take, it will take you a couple of minutes longer or you can choose the long way as you certainly did. For Noto, you can still take the highway, despite the works and the drive is even shorter.
Regarding our road to reach Casa Carlita, it is a countryside road as we clearly inform our customers. We want to keep it as such in order not to destroy the olive grove atmosphere that surrounds our property. It is well maintained without rocks, just gravel. With a slightly higher car, as we clearly recommend our guests to rent, we have never had any kind of damage or inconvenience.

The villa is in a beautiful remote location at the top of a hill with amazing views. It’s beautifully designed and very comfortable. Would highly recommend staying if relaxing, visiting Noto etc. Also great being on one floor, all very easy.
