Das Anwesen ist das Ergebnis einer geschickten Renovierung und bietet einen fantastischen Blick auf die Landschaft und den historischen Teil von Modica.
Die Villa erstreckt sich über 2 Ebenen.
Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen offenen Raum mit offener Küche und Wohnzimmer, ein Doppelzimmer und ein Badezimmer.
Die großen Fenster führen zu einer Veranda, die an das Haus angrenzt.
Eine Treppe führt in das Obergeschoss, wo sich ein weiteres Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad und ein Einzelzimmer mit einem französischen Doppelbett und eigenem Bad befinden.
Außen führt eine Auffahrt zum panoramischen Herzstück des Anwesens, mit einer Sofaecke, einer herrlichen Außenküche mit Blick auf den Pool und das Panorama und schließlich dem spektakulären 17-Meter-Pool, von dem aus Sie eine wundervolle Villa genießen können.
Diese Immobilie ist perfekt für eine Familie oder zwei Paare geeignet.
Das historische Zentrum ist in 5 Autominuten erreichbar, während die anderen touristischen Orte und die wichtigsten Strände der Gegend in 20 Autominuten erreichbar sind.

A stunning place to stay with a fantastic infinity pool. The entire property is impeccably maintained, and we felt very comfortable. Highly recommended!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this stunning villa. The views were fantastic, and the garden was clearly well maintained and lovely to sit out in. Every corner of the house felt considered — comfortable seating areas were dotted throughout, and the layout was so thoughtfully designed that each space had its own purpose. We genuinely used every bit of the villa during our stay. The interior is furnished to a really high standard, with beautiful quality furnishings and design details throughout that made it feel both stylish and homely. The location is ideal for exploring the baroque towns of Sicily as well as the local beaches — a perfect base for day trips. On top of all that, communication and service from both the host and Insula Travel were excellent throughout, making everything feel effortless. Highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting the area.
One of those rare vacation homes that delivers even more than it promises. Already beautiful in the photos, the house is even better in person. It's definitely one of the best houses we've ever rented. A clear recommendation for anyone looking for an attractive house near one of Italy's most beautiful cities. The house and grounds were spotlessly clean and in top condition. The infinity pool invites you to swim every day with a view of Modica Alta. The only drawback is the extremely slow internet (12 Mbps download), which frequently drops out. Streaming (we were there for the World Cup) became a real test of patience. Luckily, we had 5G as a backup, which was very fast at over 500 Mbps. Francesca and Ersilia take excellent care of their guests, and we felt completely at ease. Grazie and see you next time! 😎
We booked Corten House in Modica for the second time. Again, there wasn't a single thing to criticize. The house is beautiful and furnished to a high standard, lacking nothing. From the booking process to the stay and check-out, everything ran smoothly. We can wholeheartedly recommend Isula Travel and will definitely book through them again next time.
