Das Anwesen ist das Ergebnis einer geschickten Renovierung und bietet einen fantastischen Blick auf die Landschaft und den historischen Teil von Modica.
Die Villa erstreckt sich über 2 Ebenen.
Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen offenen Raum mit offener Küche und Wohnzimmer, ein Doppelzimmer und ein Badezimmer.
Die großen Fenster führen zu einer Veranda, die an das Haus angrenzt.
Eine Treppe führt in das Obergeschoss, wo sich ein weiteres Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad und ein Einzelzimmer mit einem französischen Doppelbett und eigenem Bad befinden.
Außen führt eine Auffahrt zum panoramischen Herzstück des Anwesens, mit einer Sofaecke, einer herrlichen Außenküche mit Blick auf den Pool und das Panorama und schließlich dem spektakulären 17-Meter-Pool, von dem aus Sie eine wundervolle Villa genießen können.
Diese Immobilie ist perfekt für eine Familie oder zwei Paare geeignet.
Das historische Zentrum ist in 5 Autominuten erreichbar, während die anderen touristischen Orte und die wichtigsten Strände der Gegend in 20 Autominuten erreichbar sind.

From the first day of our inquiry to the last day of our stay we were fully supported by the team of IsulaTravel. Our well appointed villa Corten House was exceptional and the attention that we were given by Ersilia and the villa maintenance team was unparalleled. The accommodation, location, staff and service were perfect. The villa looks even better in real life, beautiful views over Modica and state of art designed outside area. I highly recommend and would definitely use Ersilia and IsulaTravel for my next trip to Sicily.

We had the best family holiday at this super stylish villa. Ersilia at IsulaTravel couldn't have been more helpful answering our questions and providing recommendations for places to go and explore/eat at. Always on hand for any questions we had, nothing was too much trouble.
The villa itself was ideally located for us, up high overlooking Modica. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the owner had left us fresh fruit, cold drinks and their own olive oil which was a really lovely touch. The entire villa and outside spaces are beautifully decorated. We especially loved the pool (which has a shallow end ideal if you have younger children) and the outside kitchen. There are several seated areas outside to hang out in, meaning there's always a quiet space for everyone. My only additional thought would be to have a table tennis table as there's plenty of space for this.
Overall, an outstanding villa that I would highly recommend. Thank you so much, we had a brilliant holiday in your stunning villa.
