Es handelt sich um ein atemberaubendes Anwesen direkt am Meer mit Pool und Blick auf das Meer.
Es wurde 2018 komplett renoviert und befindet sich in Marina di Modica. Der Aussenbereich des Hauses besteht aus einem schònen Garten mit Pool, von dem Sie einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer geniessen kònnen, einer grossen Veranda mit Sofa, Tisch und Stùhlen.
Der Innenraum besteht aus einem offenen Raum einschliesslich der Kùche und dem Wohnzimmer, mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf den Garten und das Meer, ein Doppelzimmer mit Bad ensuite, ein Doppelzimmer, ein Zweibettzimmer und dem Hauptbadezimmer.
Das Meer ist nur bei dreizig Meter vom Tor entfernt, mit Klippen auf Meereshòhe, von wo aus man leicht ins Wasser eintauchen kann, um das Mittelmeer zu geniessen. Der nàchste goldene Sandstrand ist 700 Meter entfernt, ungefàhr acht Minuten zu Fuss oder weniger, mit den kostenlos angebotenen Fahrràdern.

We had a great time here. The house is super modern and well equipped. The view from the lounge on the terrasse over the green gras and the blue pool to the sea is unforgettable and unique. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks to the nice owner and the representative of Isula Travel :-)
Absolutely wonderful. Great location..just a small footpath separated the villa from the beach. The villa itself has all the amenities you need which makes life so much easier. The pool was great and it is well decorated with nice furniture. Within 45min drive there are plenty of things to do like going to the stunning villages of Syracusa and Noto.
We booked the villa with a 'experience package'. We can highly recommend it since the experiences are on a very small scale therefore are very unique. We thank Francesco and Giulia for their guidance.
So here is my top 5: 1. Take a glass of wine in the evening and enjoy just the sound of the waves. 2. Take a or multiple yoga sessions from Body vibes yoga. It will take you to a place far away from your daily thoughts. 3. Book a wine tasting in the country side 4. Have a private chef cook for you in the garden with the sea as a backdrop. Food is amazing and you feel like a billionaire. 5. Go to Noto and enjoy the historic architecture. PS. We even had a private professional swimming teacher Piero, who gave swimming lessons to our 5 year old daughter. She had so much fun and learned a lot.

We have just returned from 10 days in the sea home in Modica and it was wonderful. The house is relatively small but has everything you need and is modern and well maintained. The exterior is absolutely perfect: a huge garden with a large swimming pool and direct access to the sea were really appreciated. With IsulaTravel, everything was very easy from the beginning to the end. The email exchanges with the team were easy and the answers were quick. As we are in the covid period, they were able for example to find out for us about test addresses and this greatly facilitated our trip. We appreciated the fact that they spontaneously contacted us to give us important information (local contacts, how things were going to work, etc.) without having to ask them. They were very available. The people on site were also helpful and kind. I really recommend this agency as we were fully satisfied with all their services.
