Die Villa Amugea ist ein prächtiges Anwesen, das 2023 renoviert wurde und sich in Santa Maria del Focallo befindet, nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt.
Die Eingangstür der Villa führt in einen Flur, der rechts in den Wohnbereich und links in den Schlafbereich mündet.
Der Wohnbereich besteht aus einer kleinen, aber perfekten, eleganten und komplett ausgestatteten Wohnküche, die auch über einen kleinen Weinkeller und eine Halbinsel mit Kochfeld verfügt, die ideal als Bar-Ecke genutzt werden kann.
Der Schlafbereich umfasst 3 Schlafzimmer: ein Doppelzimmer, ein Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten und ein Einzelzimmer.
Es gibt außerdem 2 Badezimmer mit Dusche.
Von der Küche aus gelangt man auf die Außenveranda mit Esstisch, Ofen und Grill, perfekt für gesellige Momente.
Aber der schönste Teil der Villa befindet sich auf der Rückseite: mit einer wunderschönen Ecke mit Swimmingpool, Liegestühlen und Sesseln – der perfekte Ort, um sich von der Welt zurückzuziehen und einfach zu entspannen.
Es gibt auch ein externes Badezimmer für den Poolbereich.
Die Villa ist bis ins Detail hochwertig ausgestattet, und alles ist sorgfältig ausgewählt: von der Farbabstimmung bis hin zu Möbeln und Accessoires.
Klimaanlage ist in allen Zimmern sowie in den Badezimmern vorhanden.
Außerdem steht Ihnen ein Außenparkplatz für Ihre Autos direkt vor dem Haus zur Verfügung.

We had a really great stay at this beautiful property. It was super clean and well equipped. The pool is a wow and very private and villa walking distance down to the sea. The nearby town of Pozzallo was great and plenty of good places to eat. Having a car is essential we’d suggest and parking wasn’t a problem at all.
We had a great stay here-the property was exactly as described and a great place to relax. The outside areas really extended the living area of the property and were all really well thought out. We had a couple of very windy days but the walls around the pool area made it into a little sun trap and very sheltered. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans etc and we loved using the outside BBQ. We went in April and the local restaurants etc all seemed to be closed at this time of year and it didn’t feel like many were easily walkable but it may be a different feel in the high season. The kids loved the pool and outdoor area.
Sehr freundlicher Service , von der Anreise bis zur Abreise hatte man immer einen festen Ansprechpartner. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet, hatte eine gute Privatsphäre und Lage, sodass der Urlaub rundherum gelungen war
It was a dream come true. The villa was immaculate, with a modern and thoughtfully detailed design that rivals any hotel. Our hosts were undeniably kind-hearted people, and we lacked nothing during our stay. The villa was spotlessly clean, everything felt brand new, and every detail had been carefully considered. The pool, at 150 cm deep, is perfect for a relaxing swim and a great way to unwind from the everyday hustle. In the evenings, we enjoyed barbecuing and lounging in this beautiful interior haven. The beach is within walking distance and simply stunning! For us, this was the best Airbnb we’ve ever booked. We will undoubtedly return and have truly found a second home here. Thank you!
Villa Amugea is fantastic! It's new and very clean, very nicely furbished and with an impressive outdoor space: it was great to chill by the pool and have our meals in the veranda! The house is very silent and five minutes away from the beach, so it was very convenient for us with the kids. A car is needed though, as the closest 'real' supermarket is around 10-15 minutes away (by car) and there's not much around - although this may be because we were there in early May, i.e., low season. Owner/agency incredibly responsive and kind! We would definitely recommend Villa Amugea, particularly for family with kids.
