Calamare ist eine wunderschöne exklusive Villa direkt am Meer mit Swimmingpool, ideal für kleine Gruppen oder Familien.
Die Villa ist neu gebaut und befindet sich komplett im Erdgeschoss.
Die 5 Schlafzimmer, alle unabhängig voneinander, sind über einen offenen Weg zugänglich, der vom Eingang der Immobilie ins Wohnzimmer führt. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad und eine private Terrasse.
Der helle Wohnbereich verfügt über eine offene Küche und ein Wohnzimmer mit großen Fenstern, die auf den Pool und das Meer blicken.
Vom Wohnzimmer aus erreichen Sie die Pergola mit einem großen Tisch und einer Sitzecke.
Folgt man dem Weg Richtung Meer, gelangt man zunächst zum Swimmingpool und anschließend zum Tor an der Klippe.
Vor dem Anwesen ist das Schwimmen im Meer nicht möglich, da die Klippe steil abfällt, aber nur 150 Meter entfernt gibt es eine bezaubernde Bucht, die über eine in den Felsen gehauene Treppe erreichbar ist.
Abschließend sind täglich 2 Stunden Reinigung im Preis inbegriffen.

We had a wonderful week with the family - Germana was very attentive and always replied immediately - our house keeper did a great job every day! It’s a very beautiful villa and the workings of the villa worked very well for us as a family - we were altogether but also had our privacy. There are numerous areas outside the villa also if you need private spaces. I would definitely recommend this villa and also the location for many fabulous places to visit and eat in fabulous restaurants, all within 20 to 40 minutes away!
Our group of 10 friends had a fantastic stay at Villa Calamare. The villa is amazing, and its scenic location near the cliffs is beautiful, with only a short walk to the nearby “beach” (no sand, but great for an ocean dip). We particularly appreciated the thoughtful layout of the villa and outdoor area. The many seating areas and the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom meant the space never felt crowded, allowing for both group activities and more quiet moments. The kitchen was well-equipped and perfect for cooking our meals. A car is necessary to access supermarkets and local towns. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return someday. Thank you!
Isula was attentive, pleasant and beyond accommodating! Our Villa was beautiful and Germana walked us through every amenity with a detailed explanation and a smile on her face. Any questions we had were answered immediately and thoroughly. Thank you Germana and Isula!! We would definitely book with Isula again
We had an amazing stay here. The place looked brand new and the interior design was top notch. Lots of (shaded) places outdoors to hangout, and the inside living area with AC was a nice bonus to cool off. The pool was perfectly clean, the bathrooms were pristine. My only side note would be that the shower at full strength gives more water than the drainage can handle, this caused some flooding. Once we were aware though it was fine. The house has a lovely sea view and it’s nice to walk up to the cliffs. If you follow them to the right, you soon reach stairs leading down to a rocky plateau where you can go snorkeling. For sandy beaches (with umbrella) we highly recommend Lido Agua - 20 min drive. The house is a little bit remote: there are no shops within walking distance and the road leading to the house fits 1 car but is used as a two-way street. But the area was safe and quiet. Lastly the hosts were incredibly nice and attentive. We would definetely book this house again.
