Die Villa Giufra ist eine neu gebaute Immobilie, die etwa 650 m vom schönen Strand von Santa Maria del Focallo und nur wenige Kilometer von der Stadt Ispica entfernt liegt.
Die Villa ist um ein helles Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und Küche aufgebaut, das sich dank großer Fenster zum Garten und Schwimmbad öffnet.
Auch der Schlafbereich ist hell und verfügt über 4 Doppelzimmer, davon 2 mit eigenem Bad, sowie ein drittes komplettes Badezimmer.
Im Außenbereich ist die Veranda, die mit einer Lounge und einem Esstisch ausgestattet ist, perfekt, um angenehme Momente zu verbringen, und bietet direkten Blick auf den Pool mit Strand und Hydromassage, umgeben von herrlichen Olivenbäumen.
Ein großer Parkplatz, der Platz für bis zu 4 Autos bietet, sowie eine Ladestation für Elektroautos stehen den Gästen zur Verfügung.
Das moderne, klare und essentielle Design sowie die Helligkeit der Räume sind das große Plus dieser Villa, die perfekt für Paare oder kleine Familien geeignet ist.
Die Villa Giufra ist strategisch günstig gelegen, um das gesamte Val di Noto zu erkunden, von den UNESCO-Stätten wie Ragusa Ibla und Modica bis zu den Badeorten wie Sampieri und Marzamemi.

Accoglienza e accompagnamento durante tutto il soggiorno eccellenti. La villa è ancor più bella dal vero ed è perfetta per un vacanza in famiglia. Offre spazi in comune per passare dei moment in allegria attorno una tavola imbandita, come pure degli spazi dove ritirarsi in tutta tranquillità. Il paese come pure tutta le zone circostanti sono magiche e non ancora battute dal turismo di massa. Spiagge incantevoli, vitigni e oliveti faranno da cornice al vostro soggiorno. Posso solo consigliarvi sinceramente questo luogo per una vacanza rilassante e indimenticabile.

The agency IsulaTravel is very well organized, prompt and fair. The villa is new, very well equipped, very clean, close to the beach and the host Francesco is extremely attentive, proactive and helpful. The welcome pack was diverse and rich and was appreciated. It was a pleasant experience that must be repeated. We thank the agency and the host for making our stay extremely comfortable.
We would highly recommend Villa Giufra, it is a modern, new and comfortable villa in a peaceful location. The beds were very comfortable and the saltwater pool was a welcome addition. We received an amazing welcome pack and the host was very responsive and helpful. The beach is just 10 minutes away and in 30 mins you can drive to the beautiful towns. We had a relaxing stay and would definitely recommend Villa Giufra!
I booked our summer holiday with Isula Travel and it was the best experience from start to finish. Simona gave me options as to our request and she always was in constant contact with me regarding quires, upon our arrival we had Francesco who greeted us with a lovely welcome package and was also in contact with us during our stay. The villa we booked (Villa Giufra) was an amazing place, very modern and clean rooms, good size pool and outside area. We were a family of eight and all of us had an amazing relaxing time especially my mother who is 70 years old. I cannot praise this holiday experience enough and on behalf of my family I would like to thank Simona and Francesco from Isula Travel for making our holiday a hassle free and relaxing one.
