Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à la villa Le Palme. Nous étions une famille de 6 personnes.
+ Très belle piscine
+ La maison est belle, climatisée
+ Chambres confortables avec une salle de bain par chambre
+ La proximité de la plage (200 m à pied)
+ La terrasse extérieure, le coin barbecue, la salle de bain extérieure, le lave linge extérieur
+ Tous les matins vers 8h30, il y a un boulanger qui passe pour proposer du pain (qui est pas terrible malheureusement)
- On nous a demandé de vider toutes les poubelles avant notre départ. Du jamais vu pour un tel niveau de prestations, donc gros bémol
- Coin tranquille mais assez éloigné de Syracuse (1h) et de l'Etna ou de Taormina (2h)
The accommodation was truly lovely. Everything is modern, the two kitchens are fully equipped, the four bathrooms are superbly furnished, and all bathrooms have large showers. The three bedrooms are beautifully decorated, and the beds are very comfortable. Upon arrival, the hosts had prepared chilled drinks and some snacks for us. The hostess is very friendly and always available. The outdoor area is very well-maintained, the large terrace is inviting, and the pool is very clean and beautiful. We would gladly return.
From the moment we arrived, this home felt like exactly the right place to land. Bright, airy, and filled with natural light, it struck that rare balance between simple and well thought-out — nothing fussy, nothing missing. The furnishings were comfortable and tasteful, and the beds gave us genuinely restful sleep after long days of exploring. ** The pool was an absolute highlight. Sparkling clean and beautifully maintained, it became the heart of our stay — the kind you actually want to be in, not just look at. The house itself was spotless throughout, which made settling in immediately effortless. ** What really made this property stand out as a base is its location. A short stroll brings you to the beach, and from here we could easily reach Modica, Ragusa, Noto, and Siracusa — all within comfortable driving distance. Whether you want lazy beach days or to immerse yourself in Baroque hilltowns and incredible food, this home puts it all within reach. ** Everything we needed was there. We never found ourselves wishing for something that wasn't. For a group looking for a relaxed, well-located home in southeastern Sicily, this ticked every box. We'd come back without hesitation.
Magnifique maison, propriété nickel. Rosaria est adorable et très réactive à nos demandes. Seul bémol la maison en construction en face qui a occasionnée beaucoup de bruit et une voiture est indispensable pour les courses.
